The untouchable Griffith himself is in the spotlight for this newest Berserk gameplay trailer, and as you'd expect, he's a heck of a lot faster than Guts. But even with his more traditional style of swordplay, Griffith is still able to carve up dozens of enemies at once with his precise jabs and slashes.
Could you stomach playing as Griffith after his role in the original work? Go team Guts in the comments section below.

Plus he is an Animorph.
@Xaessya I really hated the bastard the first time with the manga. But in the second and third time I grew more sympathetic towards him. That said he killed Judeau (and everybody else)!! What an as*hole!!!!!
It's nice to have all those playable characters, but at the same time it doesn't realy makes sense to see Griffith, Casca or Judeau plowing through hordes of enemies.
Watched the Golden Arc movies, this guy's pure evil and looks creepy to boot.
Griffith did nothing wrong.
... Games like these look impressive, but also seem quite boring to play. You just plough, plough and plough through hordes of mindless enemies without a shred of intelligence, battle formation, or tactics. Unlike Souls games, or even Devil May Cry games where the enemies are fewer and their tactics require more brain matter on your part, as well as theirs.
That's the impression I get, anyway.
P.S. DAT ASS!!!
