Oh dear, the Internet loves a good unsubstantiated rumour, eh? Our inbox exploded earlier today after so-called "industry insider" Tidux posted a cryptic tweet with a couple of emojis, suggesting that Rockstar may make an appearance at next month's PlayStation Meeting press conference. Despite somehow earning himself a track record as someone in the know, though, it's worth stressing that Tidux has made a string of inaccurate predictions over the years; he doesn't know any more than you do.
Now, is it possible that Rockstar will be at the 7th September event? Sure, it could happen – both Sony and the label have a strong relationship. But this isn't confirmation by any stretch of the imagination, so it's not even worth contemplating at this stage. We'll, of course, keep you updated with any rumours or speculation leading up to the event – but you can expect us to run every story through our bullsh*t detector first.

Lot of skepticism on the site lately, and I like it. Not many sites are willing to call out bull spit when they see it, glad there's someone that will. Also, this is the guy that wrongly promised the cool dudes at Kinda Funny that name changes were coming around the time of PSX 2015, so double skeptical.
Tidux told us about Ni No Kuni 2, i trust him
Apparently Sony has two different models of the PSNeo the one which the spec's has already been leaked, the other which will also have a stronger CPU. Rumours you got to love them but we will see at Sony's Press Conference.
If R* indeed make a visit could it be a PS4K upgrade for GTA/GTAOnline? Given the money they make from Shark Cards it wouldnt surprise me.
Rockstar turning up to reveal Red Dead 2 would make sense, especially if you believe that it was meant to be shown at E3.
That's incredibly vague. Rockstar themselves won't be there, but their game could be...
If they appear at PSM, then Rockstar's game will have to be announced prior to that. I don't believe Rockstar would announce Red Dead Redemption 2, a game hyped for years without even being announced, in a Playstation event, or any event for that matter...
@Kidfried I wasn't talking about the legitimacy of Tidux, just that it wouldn't be that much of a surprise if it was true since we know Red Dead 2 is coming.
