The last weekend of Olympic action awaits, and we're warming ourselves up for a weekend spent… Scoffing snacks and watching others exert themselves on the television. Of course, we'll be squeezing in a whole lot of gaming in between the various scheduled finals. Here's what we're playing.
Sammy Barker, Editor
I've got an absolute ton of games to play, and I still need to polish off Ratchet & Clank, but with the Olympics only coming around once every four years… Well, honestly I'm probably going to enjoy the final weekend of that.

Gameplay footage and the roster for WWE 2K17 has been slowly trickling out recently, which has given me an urge to play some virtual wrestling. I'll be spending my weekend suplexing people in WWE 2K16's Universe mode.

Alongside another racing game for review, I'll also be spending some time in the Titanfall 2 beta and World of Warcraft with my girlfriend. We're getting ourselves prepared for the new Legion expansion which is out next week (not that anyone cares after 12 years, of course).

It's geometry and platforming in Metrico+ for me this weekend as I hop back on the review train for Push Square. Other than that, I hope to fill my weekend with some Hyper Light Drifter and Titanfall 2's open beta. I've also got to attack a titan of a game for another review later next week, but I'm going to keep that one a secret for now. Wait, what? I didn't give it away!

I'm finishing Persona 4 and clearing out all of my backed up Fallout 4 DLC. If the weather's nice I may stay in and wander the verdant forestry of The Witcher III: Blood and Wine.

Once again I'll be playing through The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – I promise I'll finish it soon, though in a way I really don't want it to end. I'll also be playing Hitman: Bangkok, trying to find the most ludicrous ways of killing my targets (the best I've found involves a coconut).
Stephen Tailby, Reviewer
I'm still meandering across the galaxy in No Man's Sky, making slow but steady progress towards the centre. You'll be able to read the start of my journey tomorrow in the first Mission Blog – give it a look if you can. Plug over. Meanwhile, I'll be playing a little something else for review, and if I still have some spare time, Ratchet & Clank is sitting half-played on my shelf, and looking very tempting indeed.
Victor Nowogurski, Moderator
I am still working my way through Borderlands 2 on the PS4. Other than that, I might check out the Titanfall 2 beta.
Okay, we're out of gas – but there's still plenty of time for you to tell us what you're up to. What are you playing this weekend? Let us know in the comments section below.

I thought I'd spend most of my game time this weekend building bridges between augs and naturals in Deus Ex but I keep getting pulled back to No Mans Sky, too, so a bit of both. Wish I'd got this game digital as it's the kind of game I just want ready to go on my hard drive. Hate trying to go between two control schemes mind you!
not sure to be honest, maybe a Final Fantasy because they are the games i normally play when i can't decide
I'll be playing a little bit of the Titanfall 2 beta. Also, starting Ratchet and Clank, which is sure to be a lot of fun.
Shovel knight and Dragon Age Inquisition. 2 great games I've only just started
I will be spending my weekend on a galactic adventure of epic proportions with the wonderfully divisive No Man's Sky. When I eventually land in my procedurrally generated living room, I will be playing a few laps of Mario Kart Wii.
Have a good one guys.
No man sky and mortal kombat x story mode, I bought it discounted on psn a couple of month ago. I really really like mkx story, beside injustices god among man this is the only fighting game that I play for the story.
Mainly Odin Sphere this weekend.Such a beautiful looking and an amazing game I can't put it down!
Interested to see that Titan fall 2 though..
Destiny's Iron Banner event (I should hit lvl 5 tonight), No Mans Sky & The Binding of Issac Rebirth.
It'll probably be just No Mans Sky, it just keeps pulling me back in to explore another new world
No Man's Sky. I've just bought a sleek looking new ship so now I'm collecting all the elements to craft some devastating photon/laser firepower and a high grade warp engine again. Still loving it.
I'm looking forward to reading Stephen's mission blog and seeing what names he's come up with for some of those wacky and bizarre alien animals.
I had a Halo 4 co op session with a buddy yesterday and I'm hitting up DS3 tonight to finish off the optional areas. Looking forward to the frustration of the Nameless King!

in between some splatoon and metroid prime trilogy.
Last weekend I introduced a friend to Rocket League. He really enjoyed it and it made me come back to it.
Thanks to @JaxonH I got Bastion in the sale so I may try it. Transistor has been sitting in my HDD for a long time now but I heard Bastion is still better.
Finally some evergreens like Battlefront and RH. And my two Miku games in anticipation of Diva X and Miku's birthday by the end of the month.
Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs (360) - Been playing this coop with the kids, it is decent enough.
Disney Infinity 3.0 Edition (Win 10) - Another coop game with the kids, but I'm actually enjoying this one.
God of War: Chains of Olympus (PSP) - When the kids go to bed, I soak my tiny screen in blood and carve a bloody path through Greece
Mi will definitely play Animal Crossing New Leaf and Monster Hunter 4 on 3DS. Bayonetta 2 and Smash for Wii U. WWE 2K16 is free this month on Xbox One, but I really don't feel like playing that. So I'll probably play Killer Instinct and Ducktales(BC). As for PS4- One Piece Pirate Warriors 3 and maybe Street Fighter V.
@sinalefa
Can't go wrong with SuperGiant Games portfolio.
Check out their upcoming game Pyre
Finishing off dying light main story may purchase some Dec really like the game...besides that sly 3, overwatch and mlb 16 as always
Working all weekend but I'll try and get In some gaming probably a bit of no man's sky and doom loving the latter so fantastically violent!
@markdandycb The Following is well worth buying to continue your Dying Light experience.Fantastic and lengthy bit of dlc
No Man's Sky and Persona 2. Think I'll be fluent in Vy'keen soon, had my first fully translated sentence today
@Wazeddie22 thanks for the heads up mate definitely going be getting it....i really enjoyed this game
I am not at home with the family so I am on the vita. Tempted to buy The Wolf Among us or I still have gravity rush to get through.
@Rudy_Manchego The Wolf Among Us is great. Right now it's my favorite Tell Tale game but I haven't played Borderlands or Batman yet. Highly recommend that one.
NMS
Some more Shiren the Wanderer on Vita, Just picked up Nuclear Throne.
Going back to Toukiden Kiwami and trying out some Titanfall 2.
Probably going to do some EDF 4.1 as well.
I've spent some time with the Titanfall 2 beta and really enjoyed it but frankly it made me want to play more BLOPS 3. So that will probably be the rest of my weekend.
@ROBALEXXX
I've genuinely no idea; only got Monday free and would like something that I can play - and finish - in a day, but it also needs to have a bit of story to it, so I can just chill and not have to leave the house.
@KratosMD You've hit the nail on the head with Halo, a great game to play at its own pace. Screw unnecessary collectibles - I dont think I've viewed a collectible outside of an odd trinket in uncharted 1 with a weird name and the original stuff in gears of war and bioshock about 8 years ago! There's so little point in these collectibles, Easter eggs and collectibles crucial to a story that's fine keep them but feathers, audio logs, ramps, letters out of context and maps which open the map ditch them all!
This weekend its a tiny bit of COD AW, strangely fascinating as I'm playing one level each night and taking my time.
Still playing and enjoying No Man's Sky.
@Kyroki Same. I'm playing F1 2016, this should keep me busy until Forza Horizon 3 comes out.
Lost interest in No Man's Sky. Fortunately I got Dishonored definitive edition for 18 euros. What a great game. Can't believe I haven't played it until now.
No Man's Sky all the way. Finally got the recipe to Antimatter after screwing up at the beginning a bit by buying a new ship, so exploring new systems again. Found some Emeril and Gold towers earlier $$$ 😊😊😊
Woah Dave on my Vita. Because I like being frustrated, I guess.
F1 2016, Far Cry 4 and some Wind Waker on GameCube.
@Grawlog
Movement is something I thought Insomniac really nailed with Sunset Overdrive. I think at about 10 hours in you're probably close to halfway through (took me around 20-24 hours first playthrough, if I remember correctly). It's one of those games that just keeps getting better.
Just bought No Man's Sky and I'm loving it, can see why it's not everyone's cup of tea though. For me it's everything I've wanted in a space exploration game since I slid that Starmaster cartridge into my Atari 2600 nearly 35 years ago!
NMS but had a few annoying crashes so having a break and playing Hardline. I got a new curved Samsung monitor and wow such a difference.
Began Uncharted 4 on Friday , it's pretty damn good ! Once I get off this bog I'm going to go downstairs and download the titanfall 2 beta . Hopefully squeeze in a bit of Abzu , Life is Strange , Neverwinter and World of Tanks.
Gaming is sadly out of the question this weekend, as I'm moving house. I did manage to play a bit of DJ Hero 2 on Friday night though, which is a good laugh!
@Tasuki Sold - I got it digital in the PS Sale! I have only ever played Walking Dead which was good but I felt a bit saturated by zombies. This is already looking waaay more like my thing. Didn't realise it was linked to Fables. Thanks for the recommendation!
This weekend as any another one I play online games at http://www.friv4online.com/ . I love logical games. These games are not just funny and relaxing, but they also improve your mental abilities.
