Hmmm, we're not sure what to think of Battlefield 1's story trailer. We suppose on the one hand the presentation is spectacular – from the visuals to the voice acting and the orchestral audio – but on the other it's all a bit, well… Cringe, isn't it? Maybe it's us, but it feels like a trailer for a movie that came out in the nineties or something.
That said, we're interested to see where the story goes. Clearly it will see you jumping between different characters, engaging in combat. Unsurprisingly, the Americans also appear to be taking centre stage in the story, because they played an absolutely massive part in World War 1 as you all know…

Haha that last sentence made me laugh
I couldn't get on with the multiplayer on this but was probably going to buy it for the single player but I partly agree about the comments for the trailer but it still looks pretty cool.
Will defiantly wait for reviews though based on single player campaign..
I hope they have listened to feedback from the Beta wich was simply a snipers paradise. Also the overpowered tanks need to be nerfed.
Pretty hyped for this, one of my most anticipated games this year!
Fantastic - really glad the Americans secretly joined the war two years earlier then they did and saved everything. This trailer explains everything.
@SnowstormX dont worry there addressing alot of stuff from the beta, namely tanks , and also adding more anti tank gadgets to all clases, nerfing Calvary, tweaking conquest and overhual of rush. Snipers not sure, but I personally never had to much of a problem with them.
Had a blast in the beta but did get burned out on that map.
Well if its made by micheal bay it will make billions, but be critically rejected from the face of the earth
For me the single player is not really why I am buying this game its for the multi-player.
How I dealt with snipers was to use the old jump, zig n zag and drop to the floor method once you master this snipers are less of a problem. They give themselves away with the glint as well.
@dryrain yea I can't say I noticed a problem with Snipers , just like every Battlefield game Ive played I don't stop still and if I do I'm behind a ridge , wall or whatever. Didn't have a problem with Tanks either. You should be scared when a tank appears . I think like with every BF game a lot of COD players struggle with the scale of the maps, they don't seem to understand where to spawn to get into the action.
