We've played PlayStation VR exclusive Farpoint on a standard PlayStation 4 console and it looks freakin' good – but it'll look even better on the PlayStation 4 Pro. As announced at Sony's PlayStation Meeting press conference last week, the first-person shooter will boast a "doubled pixel count" compared to the standard version when running on the new hardware, resulting in much cleaner scenes.
It's important to remember that Sony requires all PlayStation VR games to run at a minimum 60 frames-per-second even on existing hardware, so you're going to get a good virtual reality experience whichever version of the hardware you own. A reduction in the aliasing department will be welcome, however, as jaggies are much more noticeable when you've got a screen strapped to your face.

Doesn't the screen strapped to your face have a set resolution and shouldn't all games run at said resolution? It's not like tvs where there are 720p, 1080i, 1080p and 4k, everybody using PSVR is using the same device, so shouldn't all the games be standardized for that device?
@rjejr Correct, but I assume they're using super sampling (?) here. They'll render the game out at double the pixels, then shrink it back down to the resolution of the headset, which will result in a much cleaner image even though the screen is the same.
I have a very stupid question: how the hell do you WALK? And does it feel natural?
@get2sammyb That sounds like one of those things were half the people can't tell the difference and the other half lie about seeing the difference.
@MadAussieBloke Interesting. I don't think I'll ever buy one, but certainly would like to try it.
@MadAussieBloke @fchinaski They absolutely have to bundle the gun with Farpoint. It's a major part of that game's appeal.
@get2sammyb You can bet they'll bundle the aim controller with the limited edition similar to what CoD are doing with modern warfare 4. If you buy anything other than that you'll have to make do with the DS4. I mean, what price could they possibly charge to add that (new) tech to the game's package? It would easily be £70-£80 based on the assumption that the game itself is priced at £40-£60.
I am already spending £70 on two move controllers then a case for PSVR so can not see me buying Aim.
sony keeps saying that they have 2 bajillion games being made but it feels like they really havent shown a single "FULL" retail like game. everything seems to be little demos etc. hope we wont be paying full price ($69.99) for small 2/5 hr "experiences" rather than full games because im super excited for vr but they havent sold it to me yet.
@Gmork___ in the psn store, the demos like Batman are retailing for £14.99
