It's the calm before the storm – and not just because we've had a couple of days of hot weather here in the UK. No, we're referring to the fact that the next time we write a WAYP, we'll all know what the PS4K – or Neo – actually is. Exciting stuff, eh? Let's hope it doesn't leak on NeoGAF before Andy House hits the stage.

I'm taking a Nuka World vacation in Fallout 4 this weekend, as I try my best to stop rival Raider gangs from tearing each other to pieces. It's good fun so far – the amusement park setting has clearly given Bethesda a lot of welcome creative freedom, and some of the side quests are downright barmy. Expect a review next week.

I'll be playing World of Warcraft all weekend now that the Legion expansion has landed. My troll shaman won't get to Level 110 by himself!

I'll be testing out quite a random selection of games this weekend: the Battlefield 1 beta, Overwatch's new Eichenwalde map, and the Nioh demo. Other than that, I plan to continue suffering happily in Bloodborne's The Old Hunters and might jump back into The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker as a colorful, therapeutic respite. Between all the death and blood, you got to inject some fairies and harmless fun into your life, if you feel me.

A little bit of a lull in my schedule has allowed me to go back and play a few games I missed the first time around. This weekend I'll be battling my way through Dark Souls. If any of my neighbours are reading this and considering calling the police about a domestic disturbance, hold the phone: I'm just on my fortieth attempt at getting through Sen's Fortress.

I'll be chasing shameful stretches of time on the new World of Warcraft expansion with relaxing sessions of Overwatch on PS4.

This weekend I'm deep diving into the brutal world of LiveLock – Push Square review will be up next week! I am also going to be playing Strike Vector Ex which I'm still addicted to – now where did I leave my Vector mech air combat unit?

This weekend I'll be playing a few FPS games. The Battlefield 1 beta looks intriguing and Overwatch Season 2 is just around the corner, so I'd better get some practice in.

In order to recuperate from reviewing the gaming equivalent of licking a Colorado River Toad, I'll be playing something familiar, cheerful, and comparably sane: Ratchet & Clank. I'm roughly half way through the game of the movie of the game, so I've got plenty more explosions, dancing enemies, and platforming goodness heading my way. Elsewhere, I'll of course be continuing my No Man's Sky adventure through the stars, and getting some friends round for some good old fashioned invertebrate blasting in Worms WMD.

So I have been dealing with a bit of Call of Duty: Black Ops III burn out, so this weekend it will be Overwatch and Battlefield 1 beta for me.
Plenty of games on the Push Square docket this weekend – but what are you playing? Plot out your agenda in the comments section below.

I may also finally finish Persona 4 Golden...wait,didant I say that a week ago..?
My hope is finish Ratchet and Clank and then return to Salt n Sanctuary which I have put to one side.
After playing the excellent Deus Ex: Mankind Divided I've fired up the good ol' PS3 for some more futuristic illuminati conspiracies in Human Revolution.
Watched the Ratchet and Clank movie twice this past week, done another run of the game and now onto Metroid for a bit.

I'll be playing a bit more of Inside but Nuka Word has taken over at the moment, I'm having so much fun in the theme park and can't wait to take my raider gang and target Preston 😃
PS4 Going to play Madden NFL 2017, and if my heart can take it - Resident Evil: Revelations.
I'm working through my PS4 backlog & have just started Wolfenstein: The New Order on the Über difficulty...suffice to say that my DS4 & the wall made contact on more than one occasion.
On the Vita I'm playing God Eater: Resurrection. It's good but kinda just makes me wanna play Freedom Wars (what I would give for a sequel...).
Taking a quick time out from the almighty Monster Hunter Generations to play some new games I got.

God Eater Resurrection
God Eater 2 Rage Burst
Deus Ex Mankind Divided
Hyper Light Drifter
Vita
The Last Blade 2

Nuka World DLC for Fallout 4 and Rocket Knight Adventures for the Genesis / Mega Drive.
overwatch maybe uncharted 4
I'm heading to Kyrat for a nice bit of quiet time, let's hope the locals are friendly.
Bought Bully/Canis Canem Edit on PS4 as it was on sale for EU this week. Sooooo fun, can't believe I never played this before, expertly crafted, as to be expected of Rockstar. Platinum seems easy too, so I might chase towards that some more.
Ratchet and Clank on ps4 and my hard playthru of Shadow of the Colossus on ps3. May continue levelling up on pokemon ruby too.
Family wedding this weekend so not much gaming. Maybe polish off the Plat for A wolf among us. Also need to get back into metro 2033 redux on ps4.
The Witcher 3!
Nuka World and maybe start a replay of Mafia 2 on my PS3.
So far the frame rates in the Nuka World dlc have been ok. I cleared out the Galactic zone and made a return trip there with no frame drops. Visiting the power plant to collect a special item was done with smooth frames.
Two glitches in Nuka World i have experienced: an odd reflection on some surfaces. the reflection is an all white irregular shaped artifact. The other glitch is when turning in the 5 space suits in the Hubologist's quest.
I have not finished the Hubologist's quest as i will reload a save and try it again. There seems to be a glitch when handing over the requested 5 space suits. I had found 6 suits and was wearing one of the 6 when i turned in the five suits. However only one suit was actually removed from my inventory. That caused repeated requests to turn in five suits which i could not do and the quest then could not progress. Reloading found that not wearing one of the 6 space suits allowed for 5 suits to be removed while leaving only one suit in my inventory. I then retired from my session and will see if the quest works using the the latter method in my next session today.
Shelved mortal kombat x and no man sky for a while and playing ape escape 2 on ps4 full time. I wish sony remake ape escape 1-3 with ratchet & clank graphics and price.
@FullbringIchigo A FF7 day is always going to be a great day.
I'm faffing about cleaning up my old motorbike for sale this weekend, aside from that I'll be playing Deus Ex. Just got dropped off in the Alps.
@JaxonH Do you mean HR on PS3 or MKD on PS4?
@Wazeddie22 i still really need to play Odin sphere lol
@kyleforrester87
Oh I meant Mankind Divided. I don't have a PS3, though I do have Human Revolution on the Wii U.
Always get those names mixed up.
Bought TW3 GOTY few days ago so I think "TW3" will be my answer for the next two months...
@JaxonH How would you compare the God Eater games to Monster Hunter! I quite enjoyed MH3 on 3ds but I don't want to buy nintendo games for a while cause I don't have time to play in all my systems for now, so I'm focusing on PS4...is God Eater as good as Monster Hunter?
@AFCC
To be frank, no, it's not. Nothing can compete with Monster Hunter. The animation frames are just so perfect and the monsters look like living breathing animals that could feasibly exist, and everything is just so perfect I don't think we'll ever see a game that tops MH. Especially with the forward progress they've made with MH4U and Generations.
That said, I think God Eater is a fun game and probably the best you're gonna get without actually playing MH. I couldn't stand Freedom Wars, and Toukiden didn't really do it for me either, but God Eater has piqued my interest. Only MH type game to ever do so that's not actually MH.
Id buy MH4U or Generations over God Eater any day of the week if I had to choose, it's not even up for debate. But if that's not an option for you, or if like me, you just like diversifying, then ya, it's a solid game. I like the anime art style and the story, which definitely help it stand out.
@Theamazing1 It's an amazing game,can't believe I never played the PS2 version.But make sure you have every other game finished before you start cuz it's extremely addictive..
I gotta work this 3 day weekend 😑. Still gonna try to get in some game time. For PS4 will be Street Fighter V and King of Fighters 14. Street Fighter V has double fight money this weekend. Both Bayonetta games on Wii U. Animal Crossing and Monster Hunter 4 for 3DS. Dead or Alive 5 on Xbox One.
I'm going to give the Battlefield 1 beta another go, I have BF4/Hardline but for whatever reason I couldn't get into this new beta. I'm still playing Uncharted 4 regularly so I'll keep up with that, and I'll probably jump on Vita for the Jak & Daxter Collection which I started recently. should be a good weekend of gaming
I work three twelves every weekend now, so probably just sleep for me this weekend. My days off though, definitely Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. Need to finish Doom, and actually put time into No Man's Sky.
I honestly haven't felt like playing games ever since I got my internet back, been having to catch up on stuff. But I'll probably try to take advantage of the internet connection and play Tekken online. Shaking off ring rust.
@JesWood13 @shonenjump86 being old sucks. I'm in work writing this and am in Sunday too
I've beat Advanced Warfare on Veteran last night, need those pesky horde mode trophies to platinum the game. Why are they even a thing? So that's me later on.
Videoball - what a great game for a fiver, going to finish a few more local matches on the big pitches / screens and Brush up on how to get a grand slam.
@themcnoisy Working at the weekend sucks
Between work and helping my gf move back to college I'll get very little time for gaming but I'll try to get some Trails in the Sky:SC in on my Vita. Loved the first game but haven't really gotten stuck into this yet due to other games. Would heartily recommend the series to any JRPG fans here though
Windows Phone: Women's Murder Club - A decent point & click mystery
Windows 10 PC: Disney Infinity 3.0 Edition - Still chipping away at this with the kids
Wii U: The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time - About to start the Water Temple.
PS4 - Deus Ex: Mankind Divided
Playing Batman Arkham Asylum on my 360 to try and clear the backlog so I can retire it and move completely ove to the One.
Will continue my journey in No Mans Sky. Have saved up 20 million units and still looking for a 48 slot ship.
I just finished Tokyo Mirage Sessions last night. WOW! What a great game! Highly recommend playing it. I think this holiday weekend I'm going to play Twilight Princess and start Life is Strange on PS4.
I begged NOA to localize Picross 3D 2 and I am enjoying it immensely.
Also playing through the colour blind friendly Hue, cute and clever.
Beyond that, the usual couch co op with my bro while next week will be devoted to Hatsune Miku and the one after that to KOF.
i got a cheap copy of star fox zero just wow is an amazing game, very underrated .
working out on my backlog, just 30% of my collection i already finished so, is time to put some old games on my consoles.
@sinalefa a couple of weeks i exchange my platinum coins for the picross of zelda, is my first time with the series, and is very adictive and fantastic, after i finish this one, i give it a go to another title. where do i start? or continue my adiction?
happy sunday everyone!
No Man's Sky still at it and enjoying my play time in it.
@ROBALEXXX
If you want 2D Picross I recommend Mario Picross, an old GB title on 3DS VC. The e Picross series is good too but those are 6 installments. Zelda is very good for beginners, Midna teaches the rules clearly.
Picross 3D is a different but equally addictive beast. 2 has been in Japan for a while, the original is a DS game that you may be able to hunt down.
i want start battle filed 1 OB. like last week i will play tlou multi player too
Battlefield 1 when the server's are not being DDOSed, MMS when I get unstuck from the landing pad.....meh..... probably just finish Doom instead.
BF1 beta and NW. Can't wait for Neo and then Scorpio, this gen feel's so weak. I hope someone punch's House.
HURRY UP! WEDNESDAY! Even tho I am playing a next-next Gen looking game this week already i.e R&C PS4 Shame SONY have to do a mid-Gen update of the PS4 because of Microsoft's weak Xbox ONE :-/ Oh well.
I've been so excited about the Skyrim remaster that I have started playing Oblivion again. This way when I get the remaster I'll be coming straight from Oblivion. I trying to recapture that excitement from 2011.
@sinalefa
Thanks, after i finish the zelda one, i'll give them a spin.
@themcnoisy
I feel ya, 😔
