Watch Dogs 2 is finally working as intended… Well, maybe. The game's "seamless multiplayer" functionality was enabled on the PlayStation 4 a couple of hours ago – just a week after the open world adventure's original launch. You'll now be able to invite and search for co-op partners, hack into rival players' game worlds, and find targets for Bounty Hunts.
But there's still work for Ubisoft to do before everything's working as intended: "The development team will monitor the online stability of the seamless multiplayer features and should everything continue to run smoothly, the additional elements and final phase of seamless multiplayer will be deployed," a Ubisoft spokesperson said. This will include nearby bounty targets and rivals.
We liked Watch Dogs 2 a lot, but still haven't attached a score to the title due to all of the missing features. We'll revise our review as soon as we've had chance to test everything out.

I'm not sure what they mean by seamless, I will Live From Playstation some clips and have a look. Looks mint so far from what I've seen
Hopefully by the time I get it for Christmas everything will work fine.
