Rebellion's ridiculously good PlayStation VR title Battlezone will explore its roots with a free eighties update dropping on 20th December. The download will plot a return to the wireframe visuals of old, all packaged as part of a new Classic campaign. Lovely jubbly.

The new update, labelled v1.03, will also augment fresh mission types, maps, and customisation options. These will include horns and bobbleheads that you can use to spruce up your tank.
