No one really knows how to pronounce the name of the subtitle yet, but the anticipation surrounding NieR Automata is proof positive of what a good demo can do. While the game had its fans a few weeks ago, it seems like everyone is now on board with this Platinum Games developed action role-playing release – we even described it as a "must have" in our hands on impressions piece.
And if you're eager to see a little more, there's a Square Enix stream archived above which includes new gameplay footage of side-quests and much more. The genre bender is due out on 7th March in North America and 10th March in Europe, and is part of a killer start to the year for the PlayStation 4, which also includes Gravity Rush 2 and Nioh.

Gravity rush 2, kingdom hearts 2.8, tales of berseria, yakuza 0, nioh, horizon zero dawn, nier automata and persona 5 out of the top of my head
I tried the demo yesterday and it sure left me interested. Quite dynamic gameplay and an interesting setting; special points for the demo setting up several areas with fixed camera - fighting and exploring therein felt diverse enough.
My most anticipated game for 2017 right now, loved the demo - hopefully they can pin down the "RPG" aspect! (And implement HDR!)
This game goes straight to one of my most anticipated games of 2017 after I try the demo, the gameplay and music is just amazing! I want to buy the black box edition but why it's so expensive, but I really want the artbook and steelcase..
Isn't the subtitle just "Automata?" That's an actual word with an actual meaning and pronunciation. Plural of automaton.

I played the demo and thought it was ok...the boss was cool but the enemy robots are so generic and boring, such a meh design!
Also the world feels a little bland sometimes! I enjoyed the flying suit, that was awesome
Looks like a fast paced and fun game, may have to invest in it.
