Natsume may be a little late bringing Harvest Moon to the PlayStation 4, as spiritual successor Stardew Valley is already out. That said, the ESRB has rated Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland and Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life Special Edition for Sony's new-gen system, suggesting that both will release as PlayStation 2 Classics with full Trophy support.
Save the Homeland first released all the way back in 2001, while A Wonderful Life followed it up in 2004. Neither game has been officially confirmed for the PS4 at the time of typing, but it's only a matter of time; the ESRB isn't in the habit of rating releases that don't actually exist, after all.

The real question is whether they fix AWL:SE's atrocious frame rate and bugs
Too late. I'd have cared about this in the past but I'll stick with Stardew Valley.
Better late than never.
Day 1 purchases ok its not on Nintendo but Sony have done great emulations of G.T.A. San Andreas Final Fantasy 7 and Dark Chronicles thank you stardew valley for making Harvest Moon appear on the Playstation 4. sorry stardew valley I will not be buying you I will be buying the proper Harvest moon.
Anybody any idea how soon after being checked do they appear in store.
I will purchase Save the Homeland for sure as it was the first Harvest Moon game that I really got into, which in turn made me try the SNES one and so many more.
@get2sammyb One question though, will this have the original HM name or will they be called Story of Seasons due to the name disbut?
Seriously...
Anybody thinking of buying these games....don't.
.
.
get Stardew Valley instead
