Perhaps one of the more interesting details to emerge from today's wave of Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom previews, Level-5 CEO Akihiro Hino has said that the final release will run at 60 frames per second on the PlayStation 4. And that's not the Pro, either - he's talking about Sony's standard system.
Okay, so it's not the biggest news story in the world, but it's enticing to picture such a gorgeous game running at a smooth 60fps. The current build only hits 30, but according to IGN, Hino made it a point to stress that the finished product will reach that hallowed 60 mark. We imagine that the game's reworked, action based combat will benefit from the jump.
Sound good to you? Wish for more 60fps titles in the comments section below.

Arguably a game that doesn't really need it, being a pseudo-turn-based-RPG. Half of me wishes they'd save the compute power, stick with a solid 30fps and just make it as pretty as possible.
Yep should hit that on PC version
It's not turn based
Not sure about the style of the new backgrounds. I liked the anime style of the first game. Plenty of time to win me over though. So excited for this .
I hope it's 4k and 60 fps on ps4 pro.
@wiiware This game in 4K would be absolutely beautiful.
What is it on Pro?
