It may be a New Year, but some things never change: Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare has remained at the top of the UK sales charts for the… We've lost count, but it's been a long time now. The game fought off fierce competition from the usual suspects, with FIFA 17 and Grand Theft Auto V coming in just behind. Battlefield 1, Watch Dogs 2, and Mafia III padded out the remainder of the Top Ten.
While there are plenty of new titles launching in January, we can't see the likes of Gravity Rush 2 and Yakuza 0 doing much to change the status quo, so expect things to stay largely the same until Horizon: Zero Dawn arrives to upset the balance in a couple of months. We'd absolutely love to see the blockbusters overthrown by the likes of Nioh and its niche ilk, but it's not going to happen, is it?

- Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare
- FIFA 17
- Grand Theft Auto V
- Battlefield 1
- Forza Horizon 3
- Watch Dogs 2
- Mafia III
- Rocket League
- Pokemon Sun
- Steep

With the price drops for COD, I am really not surprised.
For £20 you can't blame people, I was dead against getting the game but I got mine pretty cheap and it's surprisingly decent well the campaign and the Zombies is.
I wouldn't be surprised if RE7 claims the top spot - for a week at least. Horizon and Mass Effect could also claim the top spot for March... Its almost as predictable as Sony leading in terms of console sales either and I doubt that will change too much for the year.
I have actually heard some what good things about Steep. I bet it ends up on PS+.
Steep is getting quite good word of mouth, Not surprised by Call of Duty, It was going for £18 with the Zombie DLC and additional map last week
How the hell can GTA 5 still be In the charts? Its a disgrace. The game is an absolute joy to play, amazing experience, great characters and tons of fun.
But still here? Go away GTA! Go away GTA! Go away GTA!
Forza Horizon 3 seems to be doing pretty decent in the UK.
