Like every child on the planet, we used to play with LEGO when we were little. Except our "master builds" didn't include the Taj Mahal or the Great Barrier Reef – we simply settled for a square house with a flat roof on the top. Good times.
Anyway, LEGO is obviously really fun whatever you're building, and LEGO Worlds is hoping to steal some of Minecraft's audience by allowing you to do it on the PlayStation 4. You'll be able to build, play, and share your experience online and offline with others. And it's, like, super cheap.
We previewed this a few months back so do check out our extended impressions through here. This is one of those games that seems quite unassuming in nature but is going to be ever-present in the UK sales charts for the next half-decade or so.
It's due out on 3rd March in Europe and 7th March in North America.

Not surprising really it was only a matter of time till Lego made a Minecraft clone.
@Tasuki since Minecraft took it from Lego, Lego is taking it back now.
@get2sammyb I thought we had decided we were going to put the prices next to the release dates in the GAME INFO box? OK, maybe that was just me, but somebody had been doing it on a few other games. It's special price $25 on Amazon US, I'm guessing that means it's normally $30? I'm ok if you leave the price off $60 games, we all know most games are $60, and just add the price when it isn't $60.
My kid bought this early access on STEAM nearly 2 years ago, so we won't be buying it on PS4. After 2 years of playing so far its 'Minecraft but w/o "survival" mode. There's no story at all, no combining stuff, just building. It really is virtual Legos. Though riding on an octopus was cool, and building roads over water, and tunneling. But there's really no there there, it makes Minecraft look like FF7.
This is going to be a blast - my daughter has been having a good time in roblox; I'm already looking forward to pulling her away from that game! Couch coop goodness on the PS4? Yes please!
At only £20 I'd bite.
After playing the alpha a year or so back I'll definitely be buying this for my partner, she loved it minus the fact that it had next to sod all in it due to it being an early build, I'm sure the finished version is far better.
@PlaytendoGuy You're in luck, pre-order with Amazon is £19.99.
LEGO is not just for Kids anymore AFOL are EVERYWHERE(well I am one) I just hope I can build the Classic Space Stuff(or download the Builds from other people would be cool of every Set ever made)
