Detroit: Become Human looks like it's still a little way away, but Quantic Dream did complete motion capture for the PlayStation 4 exclusive earlier this week. The French developer tweeted on Friday that it had wrapped Valorie Curry's scenes as Kara, and it sounds like that's all of the performances done, as there's a picture of director David Cage sipping champagne a little further down the Twitter thread.
Despite being announced a good few years ago, there's still no release date attached to Sony's sci-fi story. We're going to guess that if shooting has only just completed, we won't be playing this until at least next year, but perhaps the Parisian studio just had a couple of scenes to polish off, and the game is actually on track for 2017. We'll almost surely get an update at E3 either way.

Sad if not this year but I think this one needs a marketing blitz from Sony. Cautiously optimistic
I would love it if this came out this year!
Maybe they will release it in the middle of the year or in the fall.
With the way this year has started, can you imagine a 2018 with Detroit: Become Human, God of War, Days Gone, Dreams, The Last of Us 2, Knack 2, Death Stranding, and Spider-Man?
Great.
Hopefully they get the acting right.
I haven't really been paying much attention to this title, but reading up on it, sounds decent.
By the way, doesn't the character above look a bit like Jennifer Lawrence?
Too many good games but I'll be aiming for day one on this.
@lacerz Ah that would be nice, though I suspect Last of Us 2 and Death Stranding will be 2019 games at the earliest with Knack 2 coming this year.

The character looks like Valorie curry who starred opposite Kevin bacon in 'the following'.
But then it would do considering that's who it is!
I loved Heavy Rain but thought Beyond Two Souls was just ok. I'm not sure how to feel about this game.
That said I'm sure I will end up getting it at some point.
I remember being put off when I played the demo of Beyond: Two Souls but I bought it cheap in a digital sale and really enjoyed it. The acting performances in it were very good.
I had honestly forgotten this game but I have liked the other David Cage games. It does get its share of criticism but it you approach the game in the right manner then you can enjoy it.
My schedule is loaded so I have no problem with it being a while for the release.
@CFDennett Aah! Well you learn something new everyday. Cheers!
I expect late 2017 early 2018 release methinks.
@ApostateMage it gets a bad rap but it was an interesting game
