Poor old Harvest Moon – we'd be doing cartwheels over the re-release of A Wonderful Life on the PlayStation 4 as a PlayStation 2 Classic if it hadn't been gazumped by Stardew Valley. As it happens, this isn't quite the hype-inducing release that Natsume perhaps may have been hoping for. Nevertheless, it's out now in Europe, with North America likely to follow later today.
A Wonderful Life originally released back in 2003 on the Nintendo GameCube before being ported to the PlayStation 2 a year or so later. This updated version is emulated in high-definition and comes with full Trophy support, so is well worth checking out if you still haven't got your farming fix from other games available on Sony's new-gen system.

This was always my favourite of the series so I'm glad to see it come back, even if Stardew Valley might've overtaken the series!
I'd rather see the original ps1 game to be honest.
A Wonderfull Life is a bit of a grinding slog.
I never knew this came out on the PS2. I remember having the Gamecube version and connecting it with Mineral Town on GBA. I guess that's why I don't remember a PS2 version of this.
Speaking of PS2 classics, Eternal Ring also got announced for PS4.
I remember reading that the framerate was terrible on the PS2 version. Is it the same here?
