April's free roster of PlayStation Plus titles are available to download right now from the European PlayStation Store, with a North American rollout set to follow shortly after the publication of this post. The games this time include madcap multiplayer shooter Drawn to Death and novel co-operative puzzler Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime on the PlayStation 4.
Cross-buy titles between the PS4 and Vita include 10 Second Ninja X and Curses n' Chaos, while the PlayStation 3 grabs platformer Invizimals: The Lost Kingdom and budget first-person shooter Alien Rage. What will you be trying out first? Go hands on in the comments section below.

Thanks for the post,will try out that Drawn To Death as I was kinda looking forward to that game until recently.Hope it's fun as none of the other games look any good and I'm so desperate for a new game to play...not.
Personally, nothing for me.
However, Ive seen many people asking for Drawn To Death, and whether or not it was planned to be on plus its here.
Could this mark a change in the way things with plus are done?
The only one that looks interesting to me is Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime, but I have so little time for any more games right now that I can't see myself getting round to it anyway. Was curious about Drawn to Death but got a bit put off after watching the gameplay videos. Once again Xbox has a much better offering, and at this point now I'm getting close to cancelling my PS Plus subscription for the first time since it was introduced.
@ToOGoodOfAPlaya How do you mean?
I feel obligated to play Invizimals, made by some company I've never heard of Magenta, just to compare it to Mark Czerny's flagship PS4 game Knack, which I just played a month ago. Free is free.
I'd be interested in Drawn to Death if there's a single player campaign.
Never heard of the others.
Did they just stick a price tag on drawn to death to make people feel better?.... Pretty sure it was announced(waaay back) as being free to play for ALL ps4 owners...and the servers are still offline, seems things haven't improved since the usa beta testing
@rjejr I... I... I actually think Invizimals: The Lost Kingdom is better than Knack. Here's my review: https://www.pushsquare.com/reviews/ps3/invizimals_the_lost_kingdom
@teknium_ It was but they changed the business model long ago. The free-to-play version wouldn't be like the PlayStation Plus version, I imagine you would have had to pay for the different characters/weapons.
I will give Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime a roll.
@get2sammyb playstation plus version has stuff to buy too(weapons, skins, taunts) but i guess some of it can be unlocked by playing
@teknium_ Yeah, but what I'm saying is that it would have leaned much more heavily on microtransactions in its free-to-play guise.
Nothing for me this month, maybe I'll try drawn to death for a couple of match.
Will have to renew my PS Plus soon then/
@get2sammyb Yeah, I read your review before I posted, sounded more like a 7 than a 6. [Edit: I meant a 6 than 4. I'd give Knack a 5.] I actually remembered posting to it to, me and my 3D paltformers, can't believe that was 3 years ago, man we're getting old.
I have to say, even as much as you tore the game apart in your review, lumping it in w/ other bad games made by bad companies, it still sounded better than Knack. Looked better too, even as a PS3 game, Knack was very flat, like they forgot to put the final coat of paint on it. I'll let ya know what I think, but I have to finish up Gears of War Remastered first. It's not bad, I'm pretending it takes place in the Last of Us universe. Much better than Knack.
10 Second Ninja X and Curses n' Chaos looks to be up my alley.
i think i might be the only person that enjoyed Knack, it was the main reason i got my PS4 on launch day and i didn't regret buying it, i'm quite looking forward to the sequel.
Lovers In a Dangerous Spacetime: living up to expectations so far. In a sense, feels more like a real time tactics game than a puzzle shooter. A quirky setting and soundtrack (somewhat reminiscent of Hanazuki Full of Treasures as far as quirky space fantasy settings and soundtracks go), the AI appears competent in its comfort zone, too.
Drawn to Death: while the controls already make it look like an infrequent time investment for me (there's no reassigning and the fire button is stuck on Vita's rear touchpad), I finished the tutorial but no luck with matches. That's the problem with multiplayer-only games, alas - you depend on many other people's schedules, free time and interest in the game to possess anything more than a demo in all but name. Disc Jam at least has local co-op out the gate (and despite the predictions, you can still find players there), so here's hoping for it here, too. Otherwise, an expectedly impressive work on the concept, so full of black humor and surreal mishmashes that it crosses the line twice and manages to look somewhat amusing despite all the jarring crudeness. But the best part for me was the console weapon I got to try - shooting some kind of 16 bit JRPG characters at the enemy, looking like Sega Mega Drive or something along the lines and even reloaded with literal cartridges which the character routinely blows into before inserting. Now that's the kind of parody I can REALLY appreciate! XD
10 Second Ninja X: I was most indifferent to it from this month's bunch, but it's proving both addictive and charming. Quite a challenge for my clumsy fingers since you have to combine time management AND platforming skill (which might require borderline VVVVVV levels of prowess later for all I know), and the "So Close" trophy (0.03 second short of a milestone) is ironically easy to get, but conquering these stages still feels more satisfying than "thank goodness I can finally move on" fatigue I have felt at times with other games and moments. And I sure didn't expect the pirate airship to have its own charming crew and additional content they're responsible for.
Curses 'n Chaos: the intro and backstory is quite spectacular (kinda feels like Studio Trigger works, even), but I'm still getting used to the controls in the face of the enemy waves. A lot of the challenge comes from the collision damage IMHO, I don't usually expect that in a game with beat'em up-esque mechanics. While I don't know if I'll ever use it on Vita, it's nice to see local wireless multiplayer even there.
I think the obligatory PS Plus post requires my obligatory response or it just wouldn't seem like a new month to me - they're still not free
@get2sammyb that Sony are taking more of what the community is asking into account.
Obviously not for the absurd requests, brand new games and the like, but in general.
Im not sure if Drawn To Death was always intended to be a plus giveaway however.
@get2sammyb Dude you need to report the fact that Invizimals: The Lost Kingdom for the PS3 is available only to PS+ members in NA as one of the free goodies! An exclusive reward never released in the region has never been offered before AFAIK.
@Toadie Nope. I'm with you. It's challenging and quite fun. Certainly not worthy of the bashing it got, especially when I can see Crash remastered being rated higher!
@Shellcore
Glad i am not alone ! haha
Yes the challenge of the game was what i enjoyed most, sure it was repetitive at times and old-fashioned, lacking innovation etc but i just enjoyed it for what it was, not every game has to push the envelope.
Oh my lord! 10 Second Ninja is so gosh darn addicting. Never heard of it before today but happy to have it in my collection now.
