IGN is back with another trailer - we mean, er, Gameplay Reveal for Middle-earth: Shadow of War. This time we're getting a look at the game's expanded loot system, which sees protagonist Talion stumble across an entirely new range of equipment as he slaughters orcs of all shapes and sizes. In addition to new swords and daggers, you'll also be able to nab armour pieces, giving character progression an unmistakable RPG twist.
The sequel's still looking pretty rough in places, but at least it seems like the developer's got its gameplay systems all but nailed down. Hopefully everything falls into place when Shadow of War launches on the 22nd August in North America and the 25th August in Europe.

I liked the first game but from what I have seen so far, this game hasn't improved upon Shadow of Mordor like a proper sequel should do.
I actually thought the animations looked slightly better in this than the last video released, but maybe that's because IGN hacked the footage up so you don't get as much of a continuous run.
