Eighties arcade racer Neon Drive is set to switch lanes to the PlayStation 4 soon, as European classifications board PEGI has rated the title for release on Sony’s new-gen system. The game – which is more of an obstacle dodging experience than a true racing release – is already available on PC-based platforms, like Steam.
As you can see from the embedded video, it’s got its synthwave looks and sounds down to a tee. For the right price, we’ll be all too happy to give this a go; shame it’s a lane switching game and a not a straight-up OutRun clone, though, eh? The world needs more OutRun clones!

Nice style, but not too excited about the gameplay...
Gameplay looks boring.
I'm a sucker for this kind of artstyle. Might have made for a good VR game.
