We're not too far away from Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy and its 30th June release date, but if you're eager to see more of the remade collection, you can't go wrong with this latest gameplay video. Featuring footage from Crash Bandicoot 2's Sewer or Later level, the project's looking as promising as ever, with enhanced visuals breathing new life into the much loved PlayStation title.
We're looking forward to getting our hands on some classic Crash action, but are you up for it? Try to avoid those nasty nitro crates in the comments section below.

It's still lacking "impact" for Nitro Crates blowing up and collecting gems and such. But that's really it. Those effects just need punch to them and my only complaints will be pensive anticipation about physics.
I kind of wish they didn't have the commentary on these videos.
Oh well.
On a side note, I'm really loving these remixed tracks. They're so good.
Already pre-ordered. This whole genre has been lost recently with the focus on online-only open world games with microtransactions... I really enjoyed R&C and I expect to enjoy this too... and I'll get my kid to enjoy it too
I always had trouble with those sewer stages back in the day. Brings back memories.
Can't wait to play it. I'm not too fussed about subtle differences as long as it plays well
I got to try it at my local GameStop a week ago. Having played the PS1 Crash games for years, I had a lot of muscle memory issues with this. Crash's control feels more like a tweaked version of how he was in the original game, which made playing through a Crash 2 level like Hang Eight more difficult. I also kept dying to the plants because the hitbox isn't the same as before. Mind, it's not bad, just requires some readapting.
This level looks really good. The sewer levels were among my favorites from Crash 2. The music also sounds good from what I can hear, but it will take a lot to replace the original sewer theme to me.
My new favourite marketing phrase: "reality-based lighting".
I'm hyped for this for sure. What I found interesting is that he mentioned the slide move specifically for Crash 2, so I'm guessing it'll still have the specific move-sets for each game. I did wonder how they'd go about it.
@Churchy I was hoping they'd include the slide, belly-flop and tip-toe movements in all 3 games.
Still interested to see what Warped looks like, especially with some of the more open stages.
Not long to wait now,
@roe @Churchy Yeah, the slide is only in 2 & Warped. Crash doesn't have his expanded moveset in 1's remake.
I can imagine switching through the games would feel weird as heck.
@DerMeister @roe I did wonder if they would change it, but then I realised that would f*ck up most of the level design in earlier games, and also the challenge too.
Although, a wumpa fruit bazooka in number one would be kickass.
I want to watch it but won't I just want to see it while I play it now I can't wait
Its nice
