Ubisoft’s the last to date its E3 2017 press conference, but we could have guessed when it will take place: it’s 13:00 PT on Monday, 11th June. That’s a little earlier than usual we believe, but obviously without EA and Microsoft on the same day, it’s had the luxury to be an early bird. The presser will be followed by Sony later on, at 18:00 PT.
Ubisoft’s likely to bring its big guns during the briefing: there’s a new Assassin’s Creed coming this year, and both The Crew 2 and Far Cry 5 were confirmed earlier today. It’s also working on a fourth title, which it says will be a new, multiplayer-based intellectual property. Worryingly, this could be the French publisher’s last show as we know it – Vivendi is purportedly months away from completing a hostile takeover of the firm.

is she presenting again??
I'm praying for a final Fractured But Whole release date, a new Prince of Persia game, and for this new Assassin's Creed game to not suck.
I don't understand why Microsoft has given Sony a full day to respond to their presentation. I'm curious to see if Sony develops some retorts that are more developed than the game sharing one...which was AWESOME! This will be fun to watch.
I reckon Beyond Good and Evil 2 or a new Splinter Cell will be the surprise finale.
child of light 2 please ubisoft
Monday the 12th 🖒
@bbtothe Yeah would love a Child of Light 2!
Also I hope FC5 is back on a tropical island setting like 1 & 3...
Man, Ubisoft absolutely suck at these things.
The only way the Ubisoft conference this year could be any worse than last year is if half way through Aisha Tyler crawled through my television like the girl from The Ring and strangled me.
@lacerz You could argue that MS have now got a day for the hype to sink in. All the news on Monday morning will most likely be Microsoft related - well maybe in the more universal gaming media as I doubt PushSquare will give it any attention - other than maybe a mention in what they hope Sony bring in the early hours of Tuesday morning. Point is they won't be competing with Sony's news.
Ubisoft's is nearly 24hrs (at 9pm GMT on Monday) after MS's so any news they have won't be affecting the Monday morning press either. Bethesda are also yet to announce their time but that is likely to be after MS on Sunday (or early hours of Monday for us).
I always 'enjoy' Ubisofts presentation as they are entertaining - not always for the 'right' reasons but entertaining none the less...
@bbtothe they could not make it
cause they closed ubi art i want a new rayman ....
I always had a soft spot for Aisha <3
@Brunsvikas Yeah she's lovely.
@johncalmc Best comment ever.
Can't wait for the Just Dance Section.
@ToddlerNaruto Ask and you shall receive, October 17th Ubisoft has confirmed.
@johncalmc
This made me chuckle
I have never been able to fully determine how I feel about Aisha, sometimes I think she might be a genuine game fan, a few minutes later she will do or say something that makes me less convinced. Sometimes I think she is doing what she can with what is often less than brilliant material due to the game being shown, other times she makes me really cringe.
While I don't think Ubi conferences are particularly strong, I do like a lot of the games they produce so overall I do tend to enjoy the show.
@adf86 Thanks, I found an article which confirms!
It's time for a new Assassin's Creed already! =)
I agree that they absolutely need to take more time with each title, but I can't say I didn't miss it. Loved AC:Syndicate and I'm really enjoying AC:Unity, there's nothing like waiting for the dust to settle before playing a game, haha.
@Lovespuds personally, I've always just thought she looks like a good laugh and if definitely go for a pint with her. She's charmingly wooden as a presenter.
Anyway, Ubisoft will be a garbage fire of a presentation as usual and will result in a good few laughs I reckon. Hopefully they double down on bewildered guests, as they're always my favourite part. Can't beat a bit of forced chemistry.
