Koji Igarashi’s anticipated Castlevania-esque adventure Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night has gotten the trailer treatment ahead of E3 2017, showcasing a boss fight involving bodily fluids and umbrellas. It’s definitely coming together now this one, though we still find ourselves irritated by the way in which the main character appears to be running through molasses.

I backed PS4 and Vita digital versions. I wanted both versions and they were about 25 euros each.
That said I haven't really followed the development. Seems the game is delayed though and I am afraid they may axe the Vita version like how they did with the Wii U.
Looks good , i'll try this
Backed at the $100 tier, really wanted those collector's items. Still deciding what platform I want to have it on. PS4 would be nice, as would PC. I might just buy a cheap digital copy for one.
Yes and Yes
Yeah the character's running animation is painful, but they're sticking true to the C:SotN source material there. Actually I'm surprised--outside of flash-based games I've never seen a game so shamelessly lift from a title. It's almost a SotN remake from the look of it. I'm actually okay with this, if it's even 75% as good as SotN.
Looks fantastic! The only thing holding it back is that running animation. Perhaps you get a speed upgrade later on?
I'm glad they still make GameCube games.
Looks good to me. I hope they don't cancel the psvita version or I'll be pissed!
Think I backed this about the same time as Yookalaylee
@glassmusic Even sone of the music in this trailer was JUST different enough from SotN to avoid legal trouble. The game does have a system that pretty much copies souls from Aria of Sorrow though, so he's working more than one Castlevania into it.
