Train might be slowing down after tonight. It will pick up again for the holiday though.
Do runaway freight trains really sell that well? Loooool
@rjejr what do you mean by that ?
@rjejr
It's also notable that those are Wii-like game sale figures, only 3½ years in. To date, Wii has sold over 900 million games, with slightly over 100 million consoles: https://www.nintendo.co.jp/ir/en/finance/hard_soft/index.html
So that's an attach rate of 7,9 for PS4, and an attach rate of 9,0 for Wii. The Wii figure will still rise slightly with new games like Just Dance 2018, but the PS4 figure will grow faster as PS4 is still a relatively new console, so it will in all likelyhood get closer to Wii's attach rate and also total game sales.
Meanwhile at Xbox they are licking the crumbs under the table.
Mine died...
So I traded it in.
Been without a ps4 for a few months.
Didn't use it much anyway.
Decided to go for the Gold Edition the other day. I call it my Legend of Zelda Edition...lol
@Mahe another huge difference between Wii and PS4 though is the huge amount of shovelware on Wii! PS4 is just full of quality games month after month! Quality titles should keep gamers happy and linking up with mates over a longer period until PS5 launches I'm.guessing. Looking at metacritic there are hundreds of games averaging 85% and above: http://www.metacritic.com/browse/games/release-date/available/ps4/metascore
Incredible numbers. Do we know what kind of numbers Xbox One has sold?
@bbq_boy Uh no. Wii had a lot of quality games, but also some stinkers. PS4 has a lot of quality games, but also some stinkers.
Metacritic is worthless. Play the games, not the scores.
