August 2017’s awesome PlayStation Plus update is available now in Europe, with North America set to follow shortly after the publication of this article. In case you need reminding, the free games this time include Just Cause 3, Assassin’s Creed: Freedom Cry, Super Motherload, Downwell, Level 22, and Snakeball. That’s a fantastic selection, in case you were wondering.
Which of this month’s goodies will you be testing out first? Skydive like Rico Rodriguez into the comments section below.

I'll be trying Just Cause 3 but if it's actually crap I'll be back to blame each and every one of you who told me that it's worth playing.
Is Freedom Cry a standalone game or will I need to reinstall Black Flag again?
@ApostateMage standalone
AC:FC, even though I only ever even heard of it when we were told about it last month, it looks interesting, and short. I'll need short after 100+ hours w/ Zelda. Dont' think I can even fit JC3 as I had to make room when I bought Shadow of Mordor on sale last month. Still need to play TLoU:LB first though. Unless I just wait and play it right before 2. hmm
@viciousarcanum @Bad-MuthaAdebisi Nice one.
Really excited about Just Cause 3...bought the second one for £3 a few years ago and spent about 90 hours on it!
Downloading Just Cause as we speak.
I loved JC3 but I don't know if it's worth the time needed to replay. Having said that, the season pass is in the sale for £7.99. Anyone played the DLC and can recommend it?
I had a really great time with JC3 when it released. Its almost a shame there is so much on my backlog as I would love to revisit this game on my PRO.
Did JC3 ever patch out the ridiculous load times? That always put me off a purchase originally but that was at launch. Looking forward to getting these though not sure when I will get to them.
Just Cause 3 is amazing!
