Earlier this year, Sony hosted a concert at the Muza Kawasaki Symphony Hall in Kawasaki, where the Tokyo Chamber Orchestra and the Tokyo Philharmonic Chorus performed various pieces of music from the developer's diverse collection of games. This included compositions from Gravity Rush, The Last Guardian, and much more.
And now, even if you weren’t in attendance at the event, you’ll be able to experience it for yourself courtesy of an interactive PlayStation VR application. While the concert has only been captured in video form, you’ll be able to experience the footage in unique 360-degree environments inspired by the games that the music’s based on. Mascots Toro and Kuro will even hang around while you enjoy.
There’s no word on whether this will release in the West just yet, but it seems like free app fodder from where we’re sitting. We’d be surprised if it doesn’t hit these shores eventually.
