Built on Yakuza 6's Dragon Engine, Yakuza: Kiwami 2 is looking fantastic in these two extended Tokyo Game Show 2017 trailers. The one at the top is the title's reworked story trailer, while the video below outlines the many gameplay mechanics of the upcoming remake.
Yakuza 2 is considered by many fans to be one of the strongest games in the series -- especially in terms of story. It doesn't have a Western release window yet, but we imagine that it'll drop at some point next year.
Frankly, we can't wait. Good job we've got Yakuza 6 to look forward to in a few months, eh?

cries I haven't finished zero yet, have kiwami on my shelf ; and will be picking up 6 on release. Its amazing we are finally starting to get the games coming over more regularly. I just hope Sega don't burn out the western market by releasing so many in a short space of time
More Yakuza is no bad thing, I just hope people won't get bored of them as SEGA are pumping out these titles quite fast,
I will buy every Yakuza game Sega releases.
@Bread-Not-Toast @Rob_230 It seems like SEGA's just trying to get the West caught up with Japan. As long as another Yakuza game isn't announced early next year and we get Kiwami 2 around summer or before, we should be around the same point.
