Oozy ink-‘em-up de Blob will splat the PlayStation 4 on 14th November in North America and 17th November in Europe, publisher THQ Nordic has revealed. The game was a big hit on the Nintendo Wii, and it eventually spawned a sequel on the PlayStation 3. Scarily, the original is now nearing its tenth birthday, but it’s still cracking fun – and has a killer soundtrack to boot.
BlitWorks is handling the conversion, so you can count on this being a rock-solid re-release. There’s a trailer embedded above, but it looks like it was produced by the work experience kid during his lunch hour, so maybe don’t pay too much attention to that. This is a fun game – we promise.

It's been a decade?!
This was a fun game. I don't think I'd play it again though. If you never played this and are getting it now. Have fun!
I remember this game when it was originally coming out. I haven't tried it though.
The poor man's Splatoon.
I played this on Wii, it is a fun game. I might pick this up again on PS4.
Finally we can play this gem without shaking the wiimote to jump.
Great game, great art style, great music.
@KirbyTheVampire Ah ah ah! No.
Out of all the re-releases and remasters, this is the last one I'd expect...
I never played de Blob or its sequel, so I'm fairly interested in this. Always up for games that bring a bit of cheer to proceedings
I still have this game and it's sequel on Wii. Both were fun games, glad it's getting another chance! Can't wait to get this, but I'm hoping it's not more than $20. Would be really great if both of the titles were on one disc! Does anyone know the price or if it's getting a physical release?
This was fun on the Wii, might be a great time for a replay.
Woohoo
