Media Molecule's wildly ambitious imagination simulation Dreams put in a surprise appearance at The Game Awards 2017, featuring a narrator in a coffin and a bear armed with a hammer. The clip goes on to show the various things you'll be able to create in the game, ranging from first-person experiences through to clay models and retro shoot-'em-ups.
We'll be seeing a lot more of the game at PSX 2017 this weekend, but in the meantime, check out the new trailer embedded above. The game's set to release in 2018.

That camera movement sure looked VR-esque, eh?
Dreams do come true.
a dream come true?
dream come true?
This game will be amazing, mark these words.
This will either take off massively or be the end of media molecule.
Excellent, really looking forward to this. A shame it has taken so long but I'm confident it will be well worth the wait.
Super looking forward to Media Molecule's panel at PSX. This game has been a long time coming!
Genius'
Looks good, I hope there's gameplay demo on psx.
@sajoey my thought exactly. Here's hoping...
Wow, hopefully we can build our own world and waltz through it in vr!
If the controls are simple enough without the move controllers, count me in
Man, that trailer was pretty weird too — a different kind of weird than Death Stranding, but still strange and hard to decipher what’s going on.
Media Molecule confirmed it would have a VR mode two years ago.
Apparently VR won't be ready at launch and will come at a later date.
Hopefully it's fully playable in VR but I won't get my hopes up.
As someone who had zero interest in Dreams, this trailer sold me 100% on the concept. This looks incredible, and like nothing i have ever played before. This looks to blow LBP and Tearaway out of the water.
On a side note, media molecule have always supported Sony hardware such as sixaxis, vita, move etc; so i have no doubt that this will be playable (in some capacity) in VR
Looks fantastic.
