Metanet's super-stylish platformer, N++, received an update yesterday that flew a little under the radar. Effectively doubling the size of the game, the "Ultimate Edition" patch adds a whole bunch of brand new content to the already enormous title for no extra cost.
Aside from squashing some bugs, the upgrade adds thousands of new levels, bringing the total to a ludicrous 4,340 across all modes. Anyone who has played the game will know that, while these levels are short, they're devilishly tricky. If you're a fan of this brand of hard-as-nails, precision platforming, N++ now gives you a heck of a lot more bang for your buck.
There's also a new Hardcore mode that adds ultra strict rules to the already challenging gameplay. On top of this is a whole new array of colour choices, letting you customise the look of the game with 60 new colour schemes.
Will you be jumping back into N++ following this update? Don't trigger the mines in the comments section below.

AMAZING - love N++
Surprised it took so long to hit PS4. This update launched on PC back in April of last year.
This was the first game I bought when I got my PS4 two years ago. I play it semi-regularly but just in bite-size chunks. It is a perfect game to pick up and play but never run out of levels to play. I've beaten many hundreds of levels and still am years away from finishing the game. Apparently, now I'm even further from beating it ☺️
I love the updated icon tile.
I want this on the vita or the switch so badly.
@AG_Awesome I'll be surprised if this doesn't release on the Switch. The original N+ was great on the Nintendo DS. Perfect portable time waster.
@Ralizah Yeah I loved the DS one. I liked the psp one too and was disappointed it wasn’t put on the PSN so I could play it on my vita. Lol
