The first additional character pack for Dragon Ball FighterZ has been leaked ahead of an official announcement or inevitable trailer. The latest issue of Japanese publication V-Jump reveals that Broly and Bardock will be joining the playable roster in the near future. Supposedly, a release date will be confirmed in the next issue of V-Jump, which is due out around the 21st February.
Broly and Bardock don't come as much of a surprise -- they're both popular characters who have appeared in multiple Dragon Ball fighting games in the past. We're sure it won't be long until we see the two of them in action.

@AFCC The rumours are that we're getting Saiyan Arc Goku and Saiyan Arc Vegeta. If it turns out to be true I don't think it'll go down well with most people.

There are hundreds of different characters not in the game! I see people suggesting a new one everyday...
I maybe naive here and granted I've never watched DBZ but why do so many characters look like Goku?

@adf86 An artist with a limited range (not necessarily a bad thing) combined with the fact that turning Super Saiyan makes everyone's hair go up and turn blonde regardless of the natural hair color. And in Bardock's case he's Goku's dad, so the likeness is to be expected.
Nice! Although I agree the roster is getting a bit Saiyan heavy.

Hell yeah, mah boy Broly!
Tbh I was kinda hoping he would come along and kinda hoping they would stay with DBZ and DBS characters, wouldn't mind Kale instead of Broly.
I guess new characters are a good thing, but Broly doesn't bother me. Never been a big fan, and never understood why people are. A character who hates Goku and shouts with seemingly unlimited power...okay.
