Dragon's Crown Pro actually launches today (8th February) in Japan, but we don't have time to be green with envy as the remastered title has also been given a confirmed Western release date. Blurted out on Twitter by the official PlayStation account, the superb action role-playing game will arrive on the 15th May.
For the most part, Pro is a straight port of the PlayStation 3 and Vita original, but it's obviously bolstered by enhanced visuals. Its soundtrack has also been completely rerecorded with a live orchestra, which is pretty exciting since it was already top notch. What's more, the release will feature cross-play and cross-save functionality, uniting all three versions of the game.

I can't wait! I never played the original but I already pre-ordered this one back in December. Apparently if you pre-order it, you get a steelbook as well, just like Persona 5. It's only 50 bucks too.
I must say I didn't really enjoy this the first time around.
@johncalmc Thin ice
I didn't play it on PS3, now it's my chance.
@ShogunRok What? I never said I didn't like it. That's fake news. I said I love it.
This will be a day one buy. Played it a lot on the Vita. Hope we see Muramasa make its way to PS4 in some form also. Either a sequel or a remaster of Rebirth.
Got this when it was on plus but never got around to playing it. Probably won't get it at launch but this seems like s perfect summer time game when not much else is coming out.
Yes it's day 1 buy for me. I play it on vita before but I think I'm gonna make a new save.
I hope sony send me another 20% coupon in may
Already played A LOT of this incredible game on VITA - the graphics were amazing on that screen. I won't buy it again, but I may play my VITA version again, especially with the cross play announced, wich means new players to crush orcs with.
Reminds me I still need to play my Vita version I bought on sale last year.
It was pretty good on Vita, but not transcendent or anything. Beautiful graphically, colorful. and it has a lot of artistic flair. But overall a middling game so I’ll skip the repeat.
@PS_Nation Same here i just got the a lot of games and i bought a PS4. So i cant want to play it and secretly love remastered games. 😂 😱
