The trophies for Burnout Paradise Remastered have made their way online, and unsurprisingly, the list is almost exactly the same as the original PS3 game. However, there are some differences worth pointing out.
For those who've never played the game, it's a pretty straightforward list, but it's enormous, thanks to the DLC packs bringing with them a handful of new trophies each. The remaster's list of 95 is actually slightly smaller than the original's 98, because the trophies that require a USB camera have been removed. New players looking to smash their way to the platinum should also know that there are a fair amount of online multiplayer trinkets, but it's nothing too difficult.
Something else we found interesting is that many of the more valuable trophies have been demoted. Burnout Paradise on PS3 featured four gold, 28 silver, and 65 bronze, whereas the remaster includes two gold, 12 silver, and 80 bronze. For most people, this won't mean much, but the trophy hunters amongst you will no doubt be interested to see the changes.
You can take a look at the full list here. Are you gearing up to earn the platinum prize, or are you not all that bothered? Have you already earned Burnout Paradise's trophies on PS3, and are ready to do it all again? Rev your engines in the comments below.

Speaking of things being almost identical: I watched some early let's play-footage and this seems more like a simple uprez than an honest remaster... Leave it to EA to try and get your money with minimal effort, I guess.
@Useyourname agree. Bargain base effort and therefore I will wait for bargain base prices (or free on PSN).
This version is just the pc version guys it really is there's nothing different about it from the gameplay footage I've seen of it. And I don't even think it takes any advantage off the Pro either nobody has said anything that it does. The game is good worth playing if you haven't played it yet or if you wish to play it again but for players who have played it. I'd wait for it to drop in price because what there asking is too much it's not like they've done a Shadow of Collosus remaster and it looks amazing.
Though it's a good game EA really should have announced a new Burnout game to be honest. Go a few years back and they said they wouldn't do remasters because it's a cheaper way to make money, yet they are now doing just that and want MTs in all there games
@Quintumply: Are the DLC trophies needed for the plat?
@Aexurion I don't think so. The trophy list seems to have separate sections for the base game and then each of the DLC packs, which usually means you only need to do the base trophies for the platinum.
I feel like I've already had all I need from this one on - and that wasn't much. Preferred NFS:HP.
@KALofKRYPTON You have good taste - Hot Pursuit was fantastic.
@Quintumply It was. Online Hot Pursuits with friends, everyone in Koenigseggs was mental!
I'm still waiting on a review. Who knows if EA decided to lootbox or micro-transaction half the game away... on PS3, it was a great 'turn your brain off and drive' kinda game.
I'll be getting the Platinum again!
@NathanUC Criterion has said multiple times there are no microtransactions or any other nonsense in the game. Just a straightforward remaster.
I got the Split/Second platinum, I was pretty proud of that one. That was the last arcade racer I played, so I'm tempted, but there are a few games ahead of it on my wishlist.
This has got 'Black Friday sale' written all over it for me...
@RogerRoger Ha, thanks! It wasn't too bad for a while, but then I seem to remember there were a few towards the end that were a real pain.
Really fun game, it's a shame there was never a sequel.
@Gremio108 Split/Second is my favorite racing game ever.
@NathanUC it's well known there won't be any MTs.
@daveofduncan First I'm reading about it! It's good to hear though.
@RogerRoger What was the cliffhanger? I don't remember that...
@Yowza So underrated...
@Gremio108 it was the other TV show guys coming in to wreck. It was a cutscene at the end.
@get2sammyb Finding those last two gate smashes, though... Been forever stuck on "398/400".
