Hot on the heels of the Only on PlayStation sale comes the gigantic Easter sale on the European PlayStation Store. It starts today, and features hundreds of games and add-ons across PS4, PS3, and Vita.
Some big AAA titles are included, such as Assassin's Creed Origins, Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, and NieR: Automata, but there are equally as many smaller games as well. Life is Strange: Before the Storm, Undertale, Everything, and Redout: Lightspeed Edition are all discounted, but this is just the tip of the iceberg. The volume of games on offer is frankly ludicrous.
PlayStation VR owners will be pleased to hear over 50 VR compatible games are going cheap, too. Again, there's a broad spectrum of games to choose from, with the likes of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim VR, Rez Infinite, Tiny Trax, and Sprint Vector included.
We could be here all day listing out recommendations from this sale, but it's probably best you check it out for yourself. Click here to visit the landing page for the Easter sale.

So many bad yokes come to my mind.....
I was waiting for Star Wars BF 2, so now is the time!
@b1ackjack_ps Ditto
Oh no!
Sweet will have to chick this out later
A great sale indeed, it's time to expand my backlog.
My goodness that's a lot of sale!
Also, nothing like a good sale page to show you how many games you've already 'purchased' and forgotten about!
I really want bioshock... but my poor wallet
Nothing for me, need to get through at least Yakuza Zero before God Of War
But I haven't even finished the games I got for Christmas yet.
What's the chances of alien isolation going on ps plus if I finally buy it?!
Picked up The Invisible Hours for £11.79.
Kind of a disappointing sale if I’m being honest. Quantity rather than quality.
@R1spam 98.5% chance it'll be on PS Plus sometime this year, it was one of PS4's earlier hits
Finally I can get The Invisible Hours. £16.99.
*Edit- it's actually £11.72 with plus. Even better.
Some really good deals. Think I'm gonna have to work longer hours.
Some of the offers are all-white but I still can't justify shelling out for them.
Doh! Nier Automata, Tokyo 42 and Thimbleweed Park - all mine! This comes after picking up Stardew Valley for the wifey and preordering the SF Collection earlier in the day. Double doh!
Nier is very tempting at that price, cheapest i've seen it in a while, but I think I'm gonna go with Pillars Of Eternity.
Hang on. Is the Season Pass for South Park The Fractured But Whole randomly free now according to this sale?
@johncalmc
Comes up as £15.99 for season pass for me?
Some VR games in the sale this time that haven't been on sale for 6 months like Tiny Trax and Invisible Hours shame still no sale on Job simulator and Wayward Sky
@bindiana It showed up as free on mine.
@johncalmc
Did you buy the gold edition or something that came with the season pass? Did make me rush over to see if it was free for me but unfortunately no luck haha
@bindiana I reviewed it for this site so it was a code. I think it was just the standard version but I don't really recall.
Oh my I can't afford it but really want Invisible Hours, LIS: Before the storm and and Axiom Verge. Might have to sacrifice one...
Rez Infinite and Invisible Hours both apparently very good VR games, on my list along with The Long Dark, Undertale, Thimbleweed Park and Trials Fusion. I have a sneaky suspicion that Invisible Hours is coming to PS Plus soon, that 66% price drop seems a little too soon.
@ApostateMage just started my pillars playthrough this weekend, loving it plenty, torment tides of numenera started an itch.
@Bad-MuthaAdebisi Yea, it's great stuff so far. I'm playing as a monk explorer, fresh from a frontier in The Living Lands.
@Melucine Really, for £25?? I give it another few months and it will be about half that again! The other ones price dropped like a stone pretty quickly and this one has, if anything, been received even worse!
@Bad-MuthaAdebisi I reckon Trials will be on Plus at some point soon. I think GWG had it. Defo worth a few quid if you can't wait though. It's a lot of fun, although the difficulty spike later on is insane!
If you want a pretty cheap couch co-op game that's a bit of fun for small spells I'd wholeheartedly recommend Black & White Bushido which is going for £2-3 in the sale. My son and I have a good time playing that together.
@tomassi It is much better than the previous one, only reason people did not liked it were the MTs. The price is good for a game that I will keep playing for more than a year at least.
Tried to add 11 items to my basket and the store was kind enough to remind me that I have a problem.
Ended up buying 2 PSVR games (Soul Dimension and DEXED) and Hidden Dragon Legend.
@ApostateMage i chose monk, pale elf, aristocrat, just playing on normal, might go for more of a challenge for pillars 2
