Another desperately slow week for the British games industry concludes with Far Cry 5 at the top of the UK sales charts. This is its third consecutive spell at the summit, which would be nearing a Ubisoft record if God of War wasn’t waiting in the wings to steal its place.
Elsewhere, the only other thing of note is Gran Turismo Sport rising several places to secure ninth position, but we suspect once you get to the lower end of the Top Ten the numbers are looking particularly low. Heck, virtual reality launch title PlayStation VR Worlds has been hovering around 20th place for a few weeks now, which should tell you all you need to know.
UK Sales Charts: Week Ending 14th April, 2018

- FIFA 18
- Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
- Grand Theft Auto V
- PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds
- Sea of Thieves
- Fallout 4
- Super Mario Odyssey
- Gran Turismo Sport
- Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy

It's good to see GT Sport back in the top 10.
Are they including digital sales in these figures yet? I actually but most of my games digitally now, would be interesting to see what difference those figures make
It'll be interesting to see how Yakuza 6 fares as well, with many PS4 gamers going GoW instead.
Where is the "word up, son" guy?
Ok Rockstar is buying GTA 5 copies themselves or do some people eat them?
@RogerRoger GoW is going to do great.
Am I the only one surprised to see Fallout 4 here?
