Sony’s dropping lots of PlayStation VR announcements today, and next on the docket is Evasion – a generically named sci-fi shooter with optional PSVR Aim Controller support from Archiact. While the art leaves a lot to be desired, this certainly looks like a frantic FPS, with class-based co-op adding a tactical element to the shmup-inspired gunfights.
Don’t worry if you prefer to play solo, because you’ll have that option as well, across both the Campaign and Horde-esque Survival Mode. There’s also full locomotion for those who don’t like teleportation, although the PlayStation Blog post notes that the developer has tried to include as many options as possible in order to accommodate everyone.

Nice, this looks dope. If the art style holds with VR, then that is forgiven. I was able to try Skyrim VR and it looked like a simulation of needing glasses but not having them it was so blurry, but I was also told Skyrim looks worse than most VR games.
Also, I really do like how much supper Sony can give with critically acclaimed triple A games not being rated M, that’s not always a bad thing (Bloodborne anyone), but there should be some balance I think the industry has begun to lack.
Jaz007.. it is blurry on the regular PS4 - and equally blurry on the Pro! For some reason Bethesda didn't even enable higher resolution on the more powerful system.. it's a fun title in VR for sure, but oddly, they didn't really try to improve visuals.
More Aim games are always welcome. Looks like Farpoint 1.5 but hey, I'll take it.
Yeah Farpoint did spring to mind myself so no issues here. Farpoint was a very good game and had many decent updates after release. I will be keeping my eye out for evasion.
