In this latest video on Dreams from PlayStation Access, we're shown how Dream Surfing works, and it looks excellent. The analogy used here is that Dream Surfing is a little like a Spotify radio station; you can set parameters for the type of experiences you want to see or play, or you can dive straight in to have a totally random session.
Essentially, it throws together an endless stream of user generated content in no particular order, acting like an interactive way of browsing what other people have made. What's great about this video is that it really highlights the breadth of possibilities for creation within Dreams. We see 2D platformers, space simulators, text adventures, and even multiplayer games, and none of them look alike. Once this game gets in the hands of creative people, the mind boggles as to what we can expect to find.

@DLB3 It was at least present in the show in those little snippets between the main games, but I agree that it would've been nice for Dreams to get a proper showing.
@Quintumply @DLB3 Guarentee this will be the focus of Paris Games Week or Gamescom (whichever sony support this year) - As MM are a European studio, it makes sense. I would expect both a release date and public beta
Can't wait. My only worry is that most players like me will just want to play and not enough quality games will be made. I will try to make something good of course, but my laziness will kick in I'm sure.
@Elodin from lbp 1 to 3 the community never failed to delight me with giant cool levels im sure they wont this time either
Hopefully that carries over to this. The possibilities are endless. I can't wait to explore! This is definitely the number 1 game I'm waiting for.
