Is this an official channel? Right now, that’s the big question mark looming over this new PlayStation Music YouTube channel, because if it isn’t then it’s about to get stung by a series of copyright strikes and shut down. But if it is, then it has the potential to blossom into something very exciting indeed: the page already has playlists for God of War, Detroit: Become Human, and Heavy Rain.
Music is a big part of any major PlayStation game, and the platform holder’s really been recognising that of late, recently scheduling a live event with the London Philharmonic Orchestra, where it performed dozens of classic PlayStation scores live at the Royal Albert Hall. There are already a lot of Sony soundtracks on Spotify; let’s hope that this is official and it’s bringing them to YouTube, too.
Can we get that Tetris Effect tune uploaded, please?

I love me some soundtracks though get most of mine via Spotify. God of War was excellent and let us not forget the best game soundtrack of all time, Everybody's Gone to the Rapture.
No Spotify no dice. I'm totally committed to that mantra. I had to pretend The Beatles didn't exist for years.
The Spotify app is an absolute god send on PS4. It's great for games like GT Sport and Wipeout. When I was going for my Shadow of the colossus platinum I played Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon album, wow what a great fit it was for it too.
Interesting. It doesn't really look official, if you know what I mean. But it's a cool idea if it is. Gaming soundtracks can be brilliant.
@adf86 That is an amazing idea. I almost wanna go play it again that way even though I just recently beat the PS4 one!
@gbanas92 Well it took me 5 playthroughs to get enough stamina for the trophy so I thought it was a good way of freshing it up. Songs like Breathe and The Great Gig in the Sky really fitted the game well when you just gallop along with Agro through this quiet but beautiful land.
@adf86 Hahahah, yeah I can imagine runnign through the game 5 times like that, the soundtrack might wear thin, regardless of how good it is!
