There's no Champions League final this weekend, which will no doubt please Loris Karius. There is football in the form of international friendlies, but no one cares about those. With the NBA finals not scheduled to continue until Monday and nothing else going on, we guess we're going to have to play some actual video games until the World Cup starts.

I'm playing Onrush, I think. We had a bit of a mix-up with the review scheduling which means I've yanked this one from right under Tailby's nose – much to his chagrin, I think.

I haven’t had a chance to play much Dark Souls this week, so looking forward to playing that most of tomorrow. Will also check out Vampyr, which is solid if a little janky so far. Full review coming next week right here!

I have plenty to be getting on with this weekend. I'll be taking a short trip back to the Rook Islands in Far Cry 3: Classic Edition, and there are two intriguing little games sat on my dashboard, awaiting their fate in a future issue of Indie Bin. At the forefront of my mind, however, is Moonlighter, to which I have inevitably become addicted.

This weekend, I’ll be heading to the UK Games Expo to check out games of the analogue variety. When I eventually get back to the digital gaming realm, I’ll be making poor choices galore as I aim to finish up the story in Detroit: Become Human.

I'm reaching what feels like Detroit: Become Human’s final hours. I’m planning on replaying a few chapters to see the different outcomes, then might give Assassin’s Creed Origins a whirl thereafter.

Well with the recent announcement of Assassin's Creed Odyssey what better time than now to attempt to finish Assassin's Creed Origins. Along with that I will be playing Call of Duty: WWII and Overwatch and in between all that I have Game Dev Tycoon.

God of War and Detroit: Become Human
Hopefully getting the time to start a new game to me. My back log is ever growing.I find if I only have an hour or so I play.i play an online game as I like to get caught up in my single play games, so a good solid 3 hours will get me into one. Thinking of uncharted the LL
I’m closing in on the end of Bloodborne. I may need to have breaks from Yharnam to keep my emotional frenzy in check, so I might try some Firewatch.
I will be studying for my final week of exams Wish me luck
Next week I plan to resume my playthrough of H:ZD and TW3
@YeYa Good luck, man!
With FFIX under my belt since last Tuesday, I've managed to free up more time for other games. Right now I'm working on finishing Devil May Cry 4 on PS4 and God of War II and Persona 3 on PS3.
I just started Rayman Legends. First time with the series. Really enjoying it so far. I'll also be playing some Rainbow Six Seige. Not ranked, because I can't stand my teammates screaming at me because I suck. Have a great weekend everyone!
Street Fighter- Street Fighter 5, Ultra Street Fighter 4, and the Anniversary collection all on PS4. Persona 5 and Sega Genesis Collection as well. Psn is shonen86 if anybody wants to get down on some causal online matches on any of the Street Fighter games. Or Streets of Rage on the Sega collection.
I am determinedly tackling my backlog so it is Child of Light. On Chapter 10 so might finish it soon.
My guilty pleasure at the moment, ME Andromeda. It's sunk its poorly animated claws into me and I can't stop playing it. The combat is the best it's ever been in the series and I'm really liking my Sara Ryder, she's come into her own as the game has gone on. She even reminds me of Femshep on occasions.
I'll also be carrying on my Detroit playthrough. Quality game.
Finished Titanfall 2 & Deadpool during the week, moped up the last few trophies (and Platinum) on God Of War so started Battlefield 1 had a few rounds of operations will be going into the campaign over the next few days
Trying to do all the end game stuff in GOW, pretty challenging. So as a break from that I've started Dark Souls remastered.....
Far Cry 3 classic edition.
Ratchet & Clank on PS4.
Gravity Rush on Vita.
Finished God of War last week (still need to hunt for trophies), so last night I started (and finished) What Remains of Edith Finch. Very unique experience. Also playing overwatch because of the event and looking for my next game. I had started gravity rush 2 when god of war came along. Might go back to that.
Hot sunny weekend here in Italy so the only time I'll spend home will be dedicated to MotoGP.
Child of Light on PS4. Really digging the increasingly nuanced JRPG-ish battle system and the enchanting fairy tale atmosphere.
@KratosMD If you think the rather plain-jane Triple Deluxe is a good time, then I expect you'll really like the wildly creative Planet Robobot. That was definitely the best Kirby game I've ever played.
Finished Detroit on Thursday, although I'm currently going back through a few things and would like to go for the platinum so we'll see how things go there.
Also tempted to dip into either Heavy Rain or Beyond again, for some reason..
Most likely though, will be stuck working all weekend, squeezing in a quick run through Green Hill Zone in the mega drive collection, at best.
God Of War end game collectible hunting..I'm finding this alot more challenging than I thought and I haven't even killed one Valkyrie yet!
Also still trying to platinum Beyond Two Souls but I'm starting to get slightly bored with it now.
Bought Lego Marvel Heroes 2 along with Sega Mega Drive collection so may get time to play those too....but that's only if I can limit my time on my recently purchased Stardew Valley on Switch...Bought it 3 days ago and already put in over ten hours!I seriously never thought this kind of game was for me but the fact I'm bringing the Switch everywhere with me for this game says otherwise.
Touch my katamari.
Bought 7 physical vita games with a vita sale so I had a reason to dust off my vita again.
Been away for a week so very little gaming being done. Might try another bash on the Queen Valkyrie, other than that might move to the Xbox for Superhot and Titanfall 2.
Going home for the weekend after a end of year teachers blow out party (still recovering) so next week I plan to finish off my platinum run on God of War (god I hate the store room trophy) more Smite, Dark Souls Remaster (which is still the best) and some Elder Scrolls online and BF1
@get2sammyb onrush can it be enjoyed single player offline?
Im playing R6 siege, and Detroit become human
I bought detroid, dragon crown pro, hellblade senua sacrifice, and forgotton anne on psn with 20% code from live.playstation.com, now I'm playing dragon crown pro
Started my fourth playthrough of God of War.
Because it's just that good.
SF Collection. It sucks that Legacy sticks are not supported though. Hope there is a patch soon.
Will turn on my Switch for the first time in weeks to try Mario Tennis and Sushi Striker. Since my bro came back from his trip to India that means co op gaming is back.
Detroit: Become Human, 2nd playthrough. Time to take down humanity. Viva La Revolucion!
Continuing Xenoblade Chronicles 2 on Switch & I THINK I might just beat FFVI on vita- been playing it for over 3 months now!
This is my Evening;
PS4 on
Megadrive Collection inserted
Headphones on
Streets of Rage 2 selected
Smile for 2 hours
Got a thumping headache and otherwise feeling yucky so can't really be arsed to focus on any one thing. Been doing little bits here and there on my SNES mini. Particularly Yoshi's Island, which I played before on the Game Boy Advance, but this is definitely the superior experience. Such a beautiful game.
On the Vita I've been doing little bits of Bloodstained Curse of the Moon, which I've enjoyed so far. I've neglected my Vita gaming in recent months, so it's nice to have any excuse to play on it. Next I'll probably get Reverie, following the Outdie Bin recommendation!
Last but not least God of War. I admit I've been struggling a bit with the combat, so I knocked the difficulty down to easy and am enjoying it more now.
@mookysam There's no shame in starting on easy. That's what I did until I got a feel for how combat flowed.
Great header image. Hahahahaha.
Been on God of War all day. Just got one last Valkyrie, then I’ve got the platinum.
Steamworld Dig 2
Moonlighter is very cool I like it so far...
Going to finish Detroit, play more Fortnite and of course fifa 18 ultima team World Cup!!!
Yesterday I traded Thiago Alcantara by mistake in a squad building challenge and it was sad...very sad!
I finally finished God of War 1-3, Ascension, Chains of Olympus, and Ghost of Sparta so I started on the new one today. Been a long time coming...
@sinalefa Legacy sticks as in arcade/fight sticks? Or is that something else? 🤔
Dark souls remastered, loving it but getting wrecked by a bloody gargoyle at the moment!!
Yakuza Zero and Fifa 18 World Cup.
I finally received my copy of Detroit: Become Human, so I will probably play it as well.
Getting close to the end of Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance, so I'll probably wrap that up this weekend. I'm also playing Hatsune Miku: Project Diva X, and I might play Splatoon 2 a little to check out the new map.
@KratosMD I thought 3D Land was pretty solid, but on the whole the Mario/Yoshi platformers on the 3DS aren't great. Someone already mentioned this, but definitely consider Planet Robobot after you finish Triple Deluxe. It's even better!
@Enuo It's weird, the older I get I've been playing more and more games on easy. I really don't want the frustration that comes with too much challenge and would rather just enjoy myself.
God of War's combat certainly has a learning curve as it's quite slow and deliberate. Mentally I need to undo the old approach of attacking enemies as quickly and viciously as possible.
Been playing the Beta for Mario Tennis Aces. Very fun game.
@RoyalGuard Yes, but the real longevity is online.
Recently finished Dragon Quest Heroes on ps4 and I'm thinking of either going for the plat or playing the sequel.
Such a fun game!
@get2sammyb Thanks!
still messing around on FFXV and Dissidia NT and trying to platinum One Piece Burning Blood but one of the few trophies i need is for doing a online ranked match and NO ONE IS ONLINE!
i hate Online Trophies
FFXII the zodiac age. If only the new Star Wars movies were like that game.
@Ralizah Yeah, the turn-based combat in combination with the use of Igniculus to hinder opponents or heal your party members provides a strategic battle system that keeps you engaged.
@shonenjump86
Yes. I have a PS3 fight stick that works in KoF14 and SFV but not here. And sorry for the late reply.
@sinalefa it’s cool, but that’s kinda odd about your arcade stick not working for that SF collection. I have an arcade stick that’s designed for PS4 and PC so that’s probably why it works fine for it. Hopefully Capcom can make a patch for PS3 arcade sticks to work because that’s pretty whack that it doesn’t.
