Dynasty Warriors-esque action title Fate/Extella Link has been hit with an inevitable delay in North America and Europe. The PlayStation 4 and PS Vita sequel to the really rather good Fate/Extella: The Umbral Star was due to launch in the second half of this year, but now publisher XSEED Games has confirmed that it's been pushed into early 2019.
It's a bit of a shame for those looking forward to getting their musou fix, but at least we've still got Warriors Orochi 4 releasing next month.

So no localization of the Vita version I recon?
It's understandable with Catherine: Full Body, another "big" Vita game, not being localized either.
Was considering getting F/E Link as my final day one purchase for the Vita, as it's probably the last reasonably big action game coming for it (have no desire to get it for PS4 though).
@shgamer Sorry no, I totally forgot about the Vita version. That's still being localised as well.
Updated the article to mention the Vita version!
@ShogunRok Sounds good. Will read reviews when the time comes to see if it's anything for me.
Sounds like XSEED Games are trying to work on too many different projects simultaneously. It should be a good quality translation when it finally arrives.
Nice, thinking about getting this. I liked the prequel, Fate/Extella: The Umbral Star, quite a bit.
I'll give the delay a pass since they're localizing the Vita port.
@ShogunRok Wrong game info box for this article, says SoulCalibur VI on the right.
Last I checked they aren't the same game .
