Rumour: Final Fantasy XV Mobile Version Coming to PS4

Not a bad game in its own right, however it just didn't feel like a proper Final Fantasy game to me.
I hope for the next game they go back to a FF9 style setting

At this point they're probably selling FF15 milk too.

i'll get it if it's true but i would think the PS Vita would be a better place for it, i know Sony have stopped production but it's still getting games

also if true i can see this version coming to the Nintendo Switch too, it's cartoony graphics and mobile game style would be a good fit for a Nintendo system

This wouldn't be so bad if it came to the Vita. I mean, isn't one FF15 on the PS4 enough?

@SoulsBourne128 current rumour is that the Pocket Edition is being ported to the Switch and so Square decided to release it on all the other systems as well

besides it's on P.C too and so is the other version so it's no surprise really

Now would be a good time for them to try to integrate turn based battle system for this version. That would sell.

Will they use the touchpad on the DS4 to simulate touchscreen controls? I know that pad gets used as a button often enough but it's very rare that I ever use it as a touchpad to swipe or scratch anything after several years of PS4 ownership.

i take it you never played FF2, Crystal Chronicles, All the Bravest, Tactics Advanced, Final Fantasy Mystic Quest, or the Legends series

just because you didn't like doesn't make it the worse, FFXV is one of the most critically acclaimed and best selling games in the entire series

EDIT: I just realized that sounded a bit harsh sorry and i understand that it's probably YOUR worse FF but it's the 5th best selling in the franchise and got lots of high review scores so it's no where near the worse FF ever

It's a surprisingly nice version of the game... Played it on my phone, would love it on Vita or Switch

The switch is a better fit, and I'm sure that's in the works.

Why??? We already have the actual FFXV, so why would we want an inferior mobile port? As many others have said, wouldn't the Switch and Vita been better targets for this, you know consoles which don't have the actual game

I really enjoy FF15, however I see where @UltimateDespair1 is coming from. I think FF9 is the worst FF game in the series (and yes I have played CC, MQ, Legends, etc...), but its often on others top lists. I just don't get it.
