To be honest, Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown is shaping up to be exactly what you’d expect it to be – but that’s a very good thing. These two new gameplay videos – showcasing Missions 6 and 7 respectively – confirm as much, as dodgy dialogue and cheesy music accompanies some good old fashioned arcade dogfighting.
We got to play the flight-based sequel earlier in the year, and we can confirm that it feels great to be slinging rockets through the skies once again. Remember, if you pre-order you can pick up a free copy of Ace Combat 5 for the PlayStation 4 as well, so you’re getting double your Top Gun fix.

Man people still hyped for this game.
I love these types of games, and I haven't had a new one to play in quite a while. I used to play the heck out of HAWX on the PS3. Got my eye on this!
Yes!
Please don't take this as a personal attack, every one is entitled to their own opinion but please stop trying to give the impression that you understand the ace combat series because you clearly don't. Nothing but insults disguised as complements. Every game series has it's own DNA, fans don't play Ace Combat because the music is cheesy, they play for the story /strangereal universe lore, characters, super weapons / boss battles, real world and fictional aircraft, good music and gameplay as a whole.
Megalith Agnus Dei is one of many EPIC OST's of the Ace combat games.
@Nesstark88 but I think they like these games.....
@Nesstark88 They play it for the cheesy story? I've played every AC game, and I couldn't tell you what the story was about, in any of them. This is because I usually treat the story, with the contempt that AC stories deserve, whilst desperately hammering away, searching for a 'Skip' button. This isn't a personal attack, just my own opinion.
Never played an Ace Combat game but so excited for this with PSVR and HOTAS!! I know it's not the whole game in VR but still, should be amazing.
