There’s no doubt that PlayStation 4 controllers can be one of the hidden costs of Sony’s console, as you’re pretty much forced to pay through the nose for additional pads or replacements. You’re going to want to take advantage of these heavily discounted DualShock 4s on Black Friday, then, because they’re available from Amazon for less than £30 in the UK. That’s certainly the lowest price we’ve ever seen.

Why show a picture of a colour which is not on offer at any of those prices?
I traded my original two a few weeks back at game and got the black steel and red for £60.
I ordered the glacier white. I sent my black one for repair and I didn't feel like waiting 2 weeks, especially with this offer.
This way I'll have yin and yang controllers
that red controller I'm going to get that.word up son
My original Jet Black controller is going strong after a quick repair that solved a charging issue I had with it. I also bought myself a sweet Wave Blue second generation DS4 a few months back. I really wanted the Steel Black but the store didn't have any at the time. If my original controller ever gives up the ghost completely, I'll get a Steel Black (if there are any still left in retail; it's discontinued like the Wave Blue) or Sunset Orange.
@get2sammyb Why tease us with the gorgeous Sunset Orange DS4 when it's not discounted? ;(
Apart from that, that last link in the article seems to be broken: PlayStation 404 - That page doesn't exist, yet.
I've got through lots of dualshock 4s, not because I'm rough with them, the thunbsticks just seem to keep wearing out. I've tried replacing them myself but the replacements do the same !
@mclarenrob2
I use kontrol freak thumb grips. You can get them in different sizes depending on the type of games you play. They are very well made and saves you buying new dual shocks.
@mclarenrob2 Even a cheap solution like this can easily help since you just put them over the original thumbstick.

Just grabbed the white one hehe
@andreoni79 I've tried aim of those but they spin around so you lose grip
@hotukdeals Got it here in the Netherlands for €39 instead of €64.
That orange blue color controller was inspired by Son Goku's costume.haha
Got blue to add to original black and spare red. I like the West Ham colour one and the PS1 grey, but I don't think they go on sale!
