PUBG Celebrates Horizon: Zero Dawn's Second Anniversary with Skins

Horizon: Zero Dawn is fast approaching its second anniversary, and to commemorate the occasion, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is adding a bunch of new content based on Guerrilla Games’ iconic open world game. Starting from 5th March through 5th April, you’ll be able to unlock the following content in Bluehole’s popular Battle Royale:

Horizon: Zero Dawn Eclipse Mask
Can be claimed by playing 10 games of PUBG during the event period.

Horizon: Zero Dawn Eclipse Top
Every player who logs into the game during event period will receive the item

Horizon: Zero Dawn Eclipse Kar98k
Can be unlocked for 8,000 BP

Horizon: Zero Dawn Pan
Players who kill 10 opponents using the crossbow during the event period will receive the pan

Wow those look sick. On an unrelated note ghost recon open world map as a battle royale would be a dream. Same with horizon for that matter.

Hm what a game HZD is...the battles are so memorable, I remember the one with Taliana against Redmaw - intense! The shakes you get when there's a Scorcher or Fireclaw nearby, heck it's like all the enemies are a force to reckon with. The combat is as satisfying as Bloodborne. Yet, I can't recall any memorable troll fights in GOW.

Well, this was a surprise. Kinda disappointed we aren't getting a Horizon skinned crossbow though.

Im finally playing H:ZD for the first time (well i played first hour the day it came out but BotW and the wife happened lol) and WOW i feel lucky to just be getting to enjoy. What an awesome game. Good nod PUBG to a an amazing game

Wow alot of games have done stuff like this for hzd. Guess it ahows how good of a game it really is. I got the plat but still need ro go play the dlc. I hate how dlc is released so long after game comes out. Always hard for me to go back to a game once ive finished it. Its like i completely forget how to do everything.

@TheArt yeah this god of war game didn't have the memorable boss fights of the previous games - hell i can still remember poking posidons eyes out and pummeling zeus to a red mist - that said while it lacked those big moments the game was a masterpiece in all other aspects - and while playing kratos was fun being a colossal jerk - this new one did have depth which made him more interesting - my game of 2018

I love HZD, it’s a shame they are adding this stuff into a game I don’t have the slightest interest in. It would be much cooler in something like AC Odyssey or Tomb Raider.

@Scoobijohn Yea at least you're honest. It's a beautiful game to play but little memorable moments. It's like the best part happens in the beginning - the fight with Baldur - and that's it. HZD's enemies are all so memorable.
