Earlier in the year, Sony announced it would be bringing its streaming service, PS Now, to a handful of additional European countries after a long wait. The platform holder rolled out a beta test for the PlayStation 4's games-on-demand service across seven territories before a full launch.
Well, the beta test is over, and that full launch has finally arrived. PlayStation Now is available in the following countries from today:
- Denmark
- Finland
- Italy
- Norway
- Portugal
- Spain
- Sweden
The benefit of being late to the PS Now party is that the service is now jam-packed with games to either stream or download directly to your console. There are hundreds of PS4, PS3, and PS2 titles ready and waiting. If you have any lingering questions about the service, you can always check out our guide to PS Now through the link.
Has PS Now launched in your country today? Will you be giving the service a shot, or are you not interested? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.

What's the price in euros for the subscription?
Will it ever come to South Africa?
I will never care or support streaming games, but I know Sony needs this as an option.
15€ is not a bad start, but I would like it to go the same path as GamesPass and lower to 10€ and please add some more recent games. The most recent ones that I saw there when I tested the Beta were games that were offered on Ps Plus.
Lol still there are many countries missing...
Hundreds of PS2 titles ready and waiting eh?
But none of the ones you want to play due to licensing issues, presumably?
Just give us game-disc supporting PS1, 2 and 4 BC in the PS5 and we'll be happy.
Still no Russia (and most certainly no Belarus because there's no such country on Sony's maps). Then again, I stopped waiting way back when the service ditched Vita of all devices.
@Gamer4Lyfe Technically not just streaming any more, since you can download ps4 games on your ps4.
Wow Portugal included in something? Madness.
Anyway this service is becoming appealing but most interesting games I already played or own! If this had a bundle with ps plus like 100 euros per year for both it would be worth it I guess
@naruball No problem with that part of the service, just the streaming part. Even then, I buy every game I want anyway so need for the service myself.
@FalconIX dude i feel your pain i dont ever think it will land in our shores. well not anytime soon.
Internet service in Ukraine is pretty good - most households in big cities have stable 100 Mbps. Sadly, Sony is not aware of this or just doesn't care about the country.
