We can't wait to get our hands on The Sinking City, so much so that these impressive gameplay trailers developer Frogwares continues to release makes the wait even tougher.
Titled Rotten Reality, the latest footage goes all in on the game's Lovecraftian themes and imagery, as well as some gameplay snippets that have us very excited. With underwater sections, puzzles to solve, and grotesque monsters to eliminate, The Sinking City is shaping up to be something really cool. "Charles Reed is a private detective gripped by more and more disturbing hallucinations, and he believes he can find the cause in this devastated town. Surrounded by monsters and unexplained events, he desperately hopes that it is all nothing but a figment of the imagination."

Seems like an action-adventure game ? I'm all in. Love the setting and ambient. Performance seems a bit shaky in the video.
Really looking forward to this ๐
@MattSilverado Yeah, itโs similar in style to the Sherlock Holmes games.
I don't know if it's just my laptop, but the audio mix on that trailer seems awful - can't really hear the voice over the music, and what I can hear seems muffled.
Looks like its shaping up well. Really psyched to play it.
This looks very cool, i hope it is good. Some of the early stuff ive seen looked a little off.
