Another day brings with it another leak, and this time it's the turn of Destiny 2 to accidentally reveal what the team at Bungie has been working on for the past couple of months. Shadowkeep is the name of this year's major expansion, and it sees Guardians returning to the moon.
The Hive appear to once again be the main threat, but this time you'll be heading deep underground. "The next chapter in the Destiny experience arrives this fall as terrifying shadows descend upon a forgotten moon. Return to the lunar surface. Journey deep into a mysterious enemy citadel. Become a slayer of nightmares."
The key art was datamined from the PC version of the game, which was buried deep within yesterday's update. The actual reveal of the DLC is supposed to take place tomorrow, however, as Bungie takes to Twitch to uncover Destiny 2's 'next chapter'. Shadowkeep is exactly that.
Check back tomorrow for the official announcement, but let us know what you think in the meantime. Kill off the Hive in the comments below.

So Bungies first thing flying solo is reskinning something from Destiny 1 not the greatest of starts. Moon was probably worst planet in Destiny 1.
now that they're free from activision, it doesn't seem like they're doing anything different. yet another expensive yearly expansion, with a location/enemy that people are probably bored of by now. wouldn't surprise me if they just keep it afloat, til the inevitable destiny 3 launches with next gen.
Probably another annual pass again for half the price of a full game, I got D2 for free and then Forsaken last Christmas for £20. I ain't paying anymore money for the first annual pass because that content will now be redundant since all its extra stuff from the seasons has come and gone.
And this will probably be priced at £40 I bet screw that as much as I am enjoying Forsaken ATM I ain't buying anything else unless they do a bundle of annual pass and this for say £40. But I sense a complete edition coming soon end of year I bet just Destiny 3 is announced for PS5
Hmmm. Not too appealing really. Looks like more of the same old same old. I know people who are literally obsessed with this game, but I tried really hard and just can't get into it. The raids are horrible compared to D1's first 2; they've never bettered them imho. Will give it a miss and put the cash into my PS5 fund.
