Sony isn't attending E3 2019 but that doesn't mean there isn't a whole host of PlayStation 4 games worth checking out across the show. The third-party publishers and Microsoft all have conferences where titles slated for PS4 will crop up, and so there's still going to be a lot of news, footage, and reveals to digest. We've decided to keep this limited to titles we already know exist, because while the likes of Watch Dogs Legion are pretty much a known quantity at this point, they're not official just yet. Nevertheless, these are the 10 PS4 games to look out for during E3 2019.
Borderlands 3 (PS4)
The sequel to one of the previous generation's biggest looter shooters is sure to bring action and comedy to E3 2019. It has to go down as one of the biggest titles for the holiday season so expect gameplay blowouts, character reveals, and in-depth ability demonstrations. Borderlands 3 is surely going to be a ton of fun, occupying prime time in one certain press conference.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (PS4)
The biggest video game franchise in the world returns this year with a reboot of its most popular sub-series, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. We've only had a very brief glimpse at what to expect with the recent teaser trailer, so expect some gameplay next week when its time to shine comes around. Single player footage would be most welcome, while we wouldn't say no to a bit of multiplayer and co-op gameplay on the side.

Cyberpunk 2077 (PS4)
Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the biggest games going into E3 2019, and we cannot wait to see more. Dubbed the "most important E3 ever" by developer CD Projekt RED, we're surely going to get at least another impressive trailer at some point during the show. We're hoping for another slice of gameplay too, similar to what was released at Gamescom 2018. That's not set in stone, but we can always hope.

DOOM Eternal (PS4)
Set to be the centrepiece of Bethesda's E3 offering, DOOM Eternal will rip and tear the stage up this year with on-stage gameplay demonstrations and further footage from the show floor. Expect a release date for this one, most likely at some point in 2019. If it's anything like the original game, DOOM Eternal is going to be one of the greatest games of the year that'll most definitely dress to impress when Bethesda takes to the stage.

Dying Light 2 (PS4)
A personal favourite for this scribe, too many people seem to be sleeping on Dying Light 2. The original title flew too far under the radar, and we're expecting big things from this sequel. After Chris Avelone took to the stage last year to unveil the branching story and choices we can expect to make throughout the experience, we expect further footage this year to focus on that and the act of zombie killing. A lot of zombie slaughtering. We're hoping for a release date of this year for Dying Light 2 as well.

Meh. Gotta say none of these games are really doing anything for me.
Edit: With the exception of Cyberpunk actually.
cyberpunk and ff7 remake. nothing else. going to be a lackluster e3 this year but will tune in out of habit.
I can't wait to play Cyberpunk on PS5.
Wow I think I must be the only one that isant too hyped for Cyberpunk..
There are a couple I'm really looking forward to on this list and that is Final Fantasy VII and Dying Light...absolutely loved the first game!
Excited to hear more about FFVII, DOOM Eternal, and Cyberpunk.
I'd also love to hear localization news regarding Ys IX.
The only game I have absolutely no interest in is the FFvii Remake. All the rest have varying degrees of interest to me from 'curious but unlikely to buy' (Ghost Recon) to MUST have on Day 1 (Cyberpunk 2077). I have pre-ordered Borderlands 3 already and looking forward to finding out more about Doom, Marvel Avengers and the Outer Worlds. Games like CoD, Dying Light 2 and Star Wars are games I am keeping my eye on to see if they will convince me they are worth buying and if so, at what price as games inevitably drop in price after release.
I'm getting quite excited for E3 this year and it's mostly only to see more Cyberpunk 2077. Hoping to see some gameplay of Star Wars The Fallen Order, too.
Cyberpunk is the main one of interest to me right now. Avengers could get a lot more interesting once gameplay is shown.
StarWars & and Avengers for me
There are a bunch I'm looking forward to, but Doom Eternal takes the cake.
The Outer Worlds.. I can really feel people ain't that hype for it anymore.. ( ༎ຶ ෴ ༎ຶ) but but I am! So guess I wil

grand theft auto is the biggest and best video game franchises ever not cod.borderlands 3 for the win.word up son
The brodudes are strong at this site. Sigh I'm so sick of all of the ultra-violent hurr-durr games taking the spotlight from clever and fun games...
The only reasonable game on this roaster is call of duty modern warfare because of the single player campaign. cyber punk is also decent. please , do people play borderland
cyberpunk, maybe. borderlands, i think i've had my fill of to be honest. might get CoD for the campaign/spec-ops when it drops to £20.. i've set low expectations for SW: jedi fallen order, so it might surprise me. the rest of the list is a bit meh, for me.
Watch Dogs Legion, Cyberpunk 2077, Dying Light 2, Star War Jedi Fallen Order, TLOU 2, Ghost of Tsushima are games i am looking forward to play
The outer worlds looked so good
There doesn't seem to be any Marvel movies slated for 2020 so the Avengers game better be good.
@TowaHerschel7 And what are said "clever and fun" games we should have included on this list?
Lots of 5/10 reviews coming up then.
No interest in any of them.
For 3rd party Dying Light 2 by far my most anticipated. Techland supported that game and gamers very well. DL felt "true next gen" when it dropped. OuterWorlds is #2 and Cyberpunk #3
@TalentedAtGames Microsoft bought Obsidian.
Have to admit, there’s several titles that have me intrigued, Cyberpunk and The Outer Worlds chief among them.
Just about all of them are good for me. There's so many great games coming out soon I'm like I where will I find the time. But find it I will!
I'm interested in CoD MW, but it will no doubt end up being a 'used' purchase from eBay after launch, as I'd only be interested in the single-player.
I was very interested in Breakpoint until the technical test, but we'll see.
Which basically leaves me with Dying Light 2, and I really must get around to finishing the first.
Really do need a release date for TLOU2. In the meantime, I guess it'll be Days Gone on Survivor difficulty.
It is so obviously the end of the console cycle judging by this lot.
Remakes, sequels and fillers...
@tfo It's obviously the end of the generation life cycle...... given PS5 details have already been coming out.
@WanderingBullet There are actually 2 Marvel movies slated for 2020...what they are has not been revealed yet but there are 2 slated for 2020.
@rdchili96 Really? That's cool.
