Marvel's Avengers (PS4)
It might not have had the biggest unveiling, but it sounds like Marvel's Avengers could be packed with potential. The game is set to star five of the titular heroes in an all-new story, but Crystal Dynamics has promised years of post-launch support. Adding in new characters, scenarios, and locations, it sounds like this is going to be a high-end service game you'll be able to play endlessly. What's more, you'll be able to enjoy it with friends in online co-op. Customising Marvel super heroes and taking down enemies with your buddies sounds like a sure-fire hit if ever we've heard one -- now we just need to see it in action.

Shenmue III (PS4)
Non-fans will scoff at the production values, but Shenmue III really does look and sound like the spiritual successor to SEGA’s legendary action-adventure brand. Perhaps we’re being lenient, but this long-awaited sequel has come together better than we ever imagined – although maybe that also speaks to our low expectations to begin with. Wherever you stand on Ryo Hazuki’s return, the mere sight of returning faces like Chai and Ren is enough to pull down our fanboy blinkers – and we won’t be taking them off until we review the title on 19th November.
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order (PS4)
It was the only noteworthy thing EA brought to the show, but Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order delivered and took its chance to shine. Through a near 15-minute gameplay demonstration, we got our first proper look at gameplay that went on to detail mobility, jedi powers, lightsaber battles, and the sorts of abilities you'll unlock throughout the campaign. It's shaping up to be a solid Star Wars experience that we're hotly anticipating come its November launch date. The force is strong with this one.
Tales of Arise (PS4)
The next entry in Bandai Namco's long running role-playing franchise, Tales of Arise looks like a huge step forward for the series in terms of visuals. We haven't seen much of the game so far, but a sweeping trailer topped off with some beautiful looking locations has been enough to catch our attention. Even the combat system, of which we've only seen a glimpse, looks especially fast and fluid. Here's hoping that Arise sets a new bar for this often overlooked property.
Ghost Recon: Breakpoint (PS4)
The Ghosts are back, but this time, they're being hunted down by equally skilled rogue operatives, who have taken control of an island stocked with deadly technology. We saw plenty of Ghost Recon: Breakpoint before E3 even began thanks to a dedicated reveal, but there's some very promising looking gameplay currently coming out of the Los Angeles convention. Think Wildlands on steroids and you're most definitely on the right track.

FFVIIR and Cyberpunk 2077 look like they're going to be two of my favourite games of all time. They're the kind of games you see in your dreams, then wake up and realise they're not real. Or is it just me that does that?
Fingers crossed for Aeris DLC, where they change the pronunciation to the original one. 😉
@Matroska I have to agree. My only concern is how are they going to run on a standard PS4. The graphics look next gen...
So basically
tales.
Wacth dogs and avenger
gods and monster
That all that is new?
Er I thought all these new games were Xbox Exclusives That is the way E3 and especially Microsoft makes out they are each year. Looking forward to Watch Dogs because it should of been what SONY should of done with a The Getaway 3 :-/ Shame SONY wasting their time and money on other things(like MOVE, PSP etc) instead of making The Getaway 3. Oh well. LONDAAAAN HERE I COME!
i can't see me buying any of the titles listed here. not based on what's been shown so far anyway. nobody even seems to know exactly what kind of game marvel avengers is or how it plays. based on the description here, it sounds like a basic version of dc universe online only with marvel characters..
I can cross one game from my wanted list! I didn't expect the Avengers from Crystal Dynamics, the team behind the excellent single player reboot of Tomb Raider, would make a 4-player Live service game. As it is, there goes my interest!!!
I'll leave out the obvious 3 first party games since they're not at E3 but two of those are in my top overall most-anticipated games (Death Stranding is interesting but still haven't seen enough to get hyped). For games that were at E3 the first two in my top 5 were easy choices, more difficult after that...
1. Cyberpunk 2077
2. DOOM Eternal
3. Tales of Arise
4. Final Fantasy VII remake
5. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Honorable mention to Watch Dogs Legion
I have no issue with Avengers being a co-op live service game as long the content is worth playing for. My issue is the art direction and especially the character designs. They're just not very good, imo. Hopefully, they'll show some proper gameplay footage soon.
Hollowknight: Silksong deserves a mention on this list, it's playable at E3
Cyberpunk and Final Fantasy 7 are the big ones for me, but I'd probably also really enjoy Watch Dogs 3 and Avengers.
What is cyberpunk? Looks neat
avengers was one of the best games at e3? this list has no thought and is just checking the boxes of "biggest announcements" at e3. they barely showed any gameplay whatsoever, and what they talked about was fluff and disappointing. the leaked gameplay footage that got out yesterday looks just as bad as the game sounds on paper. after the announcement, enthusiasm seemingly disappeared online. as for shenmue 3? ah, nope
I was most interested in Avengers, Jedi: Fallen Order, and FF7 Remake.
However I am happy to see Ni no Kuni 1 coming to PS4 etc.
