Got a selection of good things on sale, stranger.
Hehehehe, thank you.
Keanu, I've been following you since Bill & Ted!! Nothing, CD Project? Sigh!
I'm waiting for the special edition FFVII to go up on Amazon, if it ever will. Not the £260 ultimate edition, I know that's exclusive to the SE store.
@nessisonett
Not enough cash stranger!!!
Fair enough you want to make money from the links but virtually none of them are the good prices
Crash Team Racing and Jedi Fallen Order are the two I'm definitely getting.
Possibly FF7. It looks really cool but as someone who's not an RPG/FF fan, I'll wait for reviews to see if it's a game for me.
Never pre order!!!!!!
Ive got CTR preordered for my wifes birthday, and have Cyberpunk and FF7 preordered for me. Ill probably Day 1 Death Stranding. The rest can wait for now.
Btw the page for the Ni No Kuni remaster is broken atm. Ill probably pick that one up too. Because studio ghibli.
Is SpongeBob one of E3's biggest games? Anyway, the only one I've pre-ordered is Cyberpunk. Went crazy and ordered the CE. Other than that I'll probably get Death Stranding and Jedi day one but there are to to many uncertainties to pre-order. Watchdogs is probably another day one.
Looks like I've got a good shot of shrinking my backlog for the bulk of this year, which is handy as next year is beginning to look like a killer packed year.
Final Fantasy VII R on PS4.
Pokemon Shield, Animal Crossing, Astral Chain, Dragon Quest XI S on Switch. Digitally, via vouchers.
The next Zelda is, of course, a day one purchase, but I don't see the sense in preordering when it's possibly years away from release.
Otherwise, I'll just buy games as I get around to them. Collection of Mana is mine today.
Pre-ordered Cyberpunk 2077 standard edition because I'm cheap like special edition tat.
I had never pre-ordered a game until The Division 2. And What I learned from that is: Never Pre-order.. Ever.
Games come full of bugs and actually, the guys that pre-order, since they start to play earlier, continue to work as QA's..
Edit: Although I'm really tempted to ignore my own self advice and go for cyberpunk and death stranding..
@zimbogamer
"Never pre order!!!!!!"
This...
Haven't we learned by now...
Anthem, Fallout 76, etc.
Listen to the man (or woman)
Base.com has Cyberpunk for £42.85 - that's over £7 cheaper than Amazon - although Amazon also has the Steelbook (which will be sent with the 'standard' box to transfer the disc and inserts too.
Base.com has a LOT of pre-order games for great prices. I search all the usual online stores and Base has the best prices for a LOT of them...
Only studios I trust to preorder from months in advance are Cyberpunk's (steelbook definitely!) and Death Stranding's (because Kojima), but I need to save ££ first. Though I'll probably preorder Outer Worlds in the week before release once the review embargo (if any) has passed and I'm satisfied that it's releasing in a more or less completed state bugs-wise. Maybe you guys could post a reminder article of the Amazon Cyberpunk steelbook offer months closer to its release for click revenue as I'm definitely gonna preorder that one and others will likely have more saved by then for 2020 releases too!
@BAMozzy I use Base a lot too; gamecollection is the other one I use a similar amount. Both have great preorder/day one prices and great customer service. Definitely getting the Amazon steelbook for Cyberpunk though! 😉
@MistressTonberry I shop around with all the internet shops too and, of possible, I try not to use GAME as they are to unreliable in my opinion. I just thought that I would share the price as £7 is a 'significant' saving unless you want a Steelbook case (as I do - hence I pre-ordered from Amazon too) but others may prefer the saving...
I'm definitely pre-ordering Marvel's Avengers, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, Final Fantasy VII Remake, Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled, and Destroy All Humans! Remake.
As for the other games like Cyberpunk, Death Stranding, Elden Ring, The Outer Worlds, Doom Eternal, and Borderlands 3, I most likely will wait a few years for their prices to drop to $20-$25 New.
@BAMozzy oh no, not a criticism or anything - I'm a fellow bargain hunter too as I do have a tendency to message good friends and family any bargains I think they'd like! 😉 Tbh I only deviate from the best price when something is really aesthetically pleasing to me - like certain steelbooks - kind of like a magpie I guess.
Preordered crash nitro fueled, cyberpunk 2077 collector's edition, and Star wars jedi FO
