We’re very impressed with Days Gone’s slate of free DLC, so here’s a heads up to let you know that the second challenge has now unlocked. This one sees you working against waves of Marauders, gathering up items that are dropped in order to help you to survive. As with the first week, you’ll be able to compete against your friends via online leaderboards, while earning medals and completing challenges will accrue currency that you can then invest into stats-boosting items.

Not got this yet. Are the DLC challenges time limited or can I jump in and play them all in say 3 months time?
@Dange I have the same exact question!! Did I lose the first challenge?
@Dange @AFCC Just went back on it, you can still play last week's challenge so I don't think it's a limited timed event.
@AdamNovice Thank you. Much appreciated.
Why would anyone be excited about this? They are waiting their time with these pointless DLCs. Nobody bought this game to do challenges, we bought this game for a single player story, you're adding 0 replay value to this game.
@MarsChamp You got that with a harder difficulty mode, these challenges current and future ones, especially the first one with the endless hoard has been requested by fans and adds great replay value. I swear i lose brain cells reading some comments on here.
@marschamp To you maybe but some of us liked taking on hordes, so this is a good way of doing it.
@MarsChamp
It's a free add on that allows people to try a challenge...how is that not a plus?
I just started this game and I'm really liking it. There's definitely a similarity to RDR2 with the travel. The graphics are great as well. I lived in Oregon for a couple of years, and it is gorgeous.
@MarsChamp if you actually played the game ( which I doubt ) you would understand why we would want these challenges. One of my favourite games ever, blows Red Dead our the water and these challenges are awesome 😎
@MarsChamp Eat a Snickers Champ
@AdamNovice Thanks man
Haven't tried the challenges yet, working through the game an hour at a time to shield my kids from how Daddy survives in the wastes
@MarsChamp waaaaaaaaaahhh, whatever xbot
@MarsChamp They did say they were planning to release story based dlc, they are probably releasing this to give players something to do while they wait.
