What's going on all of a sudden? The Last of Us: Part II has been delayed to 29th May 2020, but Ubisoft has gone and one upped that unfortunate announcement by pushing back all three of its biggest titles hitting next year. Watch Dogs Legion, Gods & Monsters, and Rainbow Six: Quarantine have all been delayed to the French publisher's next fiscal year.
Revealed in an ongoing Ubisoft business call, the three games in question will now launch between the months of April 2020 and March 2021. Gods & Monsters was set to release on PlayStation 4 on 25th February with Watch Dogs Legion following a few weeks later on 6th March. Rainbow Six: Quarantine was never given an exact launch date.
The delays now mean that a PlayStation 5 version for all three is almost certainly on the cards, which is at least a small silver lining to this news. We'll have to wait a while longer before we get our hands on Watch Dogs Legion, but it will be on Sony's next-gen system whenever it decides to launch.
How do you react to this news? Please don't delay anything else in the comments below.

Q1 2020 just got real boring all of a sudden.
Gods and Monsters was never coming out in Feb 2020 considering all we had was a short E3 trailer, seemed daft of Ubisoft to do that.
I have been burnt too many times this year with games performing badly on the PS4 will be waiting for releases on PS5 now. So these delays are not an issue
I could definitely see this delay resulting in cross-gen releases.
Similar to Ass Creed Black Flag on the PS3/PS4.
What’s with all the delays? Maybe so that devs can work in PS5 support out the box with backwards compatibility?
@nessisonett They're all scared. Knack 3 is coming. Mark my words.
Good. Delay everything Ubisoft has until they learn to stop screwing over their customers.
Two Point Hospital, TLOU Part 2, Watch Dogs Legion, Gods & Monsters and Rainbow Six: Quarantine all delayed... what’s next Cyberpunk 2077 and FFVII Remake?? Why announce release dates to build the hype train to have it all taken away again a few months/weeks later!
That's a good move. It's much better to delay the games than to rush them out in a broken state just to meet the financial year deadline.
@nessisonett I hope so, it will be really great if those games has native 4k & 60 fps support for ps5
Everybody run, V is coming!
I wonder if the reaction/sales of Breakpoint has had an effect and they are now going through those games and stripping back on loot systems and micro transactions.
I would be surprised since theres was a lot of gsmes out in thr first quarter 2020 with ff7' remake etc. I doubt ubisoft would sell well especially with ghosts bombing.
Between FFVII and Cyberpunk I'm fine with everything else getting delayed
Super disappointed about WD Legion but considering the bugs that GR Breakpoint launched with, I'm all for this. Also wouldn't be all too surprised if they've decided to rethink their approach to microtransactions.
Still have a significant backlog as not had much chance to play my poor neglected PS4 lately, so don't mind about the Ubisoft games getting delayed, but really disappointed about TLOU2 delay though! Just praying that Cyberpunk doesn't see a delay too, as I'm setting aside at least a week at home for when that releases 😉
@Rooty1985 Ghost of Tsushima was also delayed sadly too .
@Enuo We still have these games at least for Q1.
